Connecting to Ultimate Team
Just checking if anyone else is having issues trying to get into Ultimate Team. I can open the game with no issues but for the last week or so I have to keep selecting Ultimate Team about 10 to 40 times before it finally gets me in. I get that 'the server cannot process' error. This happens every time I login to the game. If I have any packs that are available at start up, like the welcome packs, it freezes and I have to reload the game. I play College football and have no issues or with other EA games, or other games in general. It does connect, each time it signs me out of my account on the game when I login, I can go to the field pass when I click on it, but will not let me go to ultimate team right away. I have restarted the console, Playstation 5, cleared the cache. It's been the first game I try when I start up. Checked my internet connection, its at 1gb, should be fast enough and I had a tech come and check my connection and ther are no issues. I have deleted the game off my system and reinstalled it, and no help, made sure its the latest update. I have played offline franchise mode for a game or two before clicking on ultimate team, have let it sit on the menu for about 15 to 30 min before I join, same stuff. Checked my lineup. Let my team be on a defaulted best lineup. Of coarse reached out to EA help, or should I say NO HELP,several times, on Facebook, X and on the ea help website, which I get NO response. Can't get 1 answer from them, unless someone knows a better way to get them to reply. Any thoughts of a fix would be of help.
Superstar mode not working
So for about a month I’ve been trying to play superstar mode when I create a player it’s all good but when I get to the combine interview it kinda freezes but my guy still sways an the model was a different person then what i created an some how I was the only one in the draft an I was doing qb drills as a db anyone know how I can fix it
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.FIX THE SUPERSTAR MODE GLITCH SO I CAN DO THE NFL COMBINE
I bought this game for one reason and one reason only and that was to ply the superstar mode. I made a QB about 2-3 months ago and I’m not able to progress to start the combine. FIX IT. I REPORTED IT ON JANUARY 30TH. IT CANT BE THAT HARD TO FIX
Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. Is this a known issue with a workaround? Based in New Zealand
MUT servers won't connect
When I first start Madden 26, the server logs me out. I can log into EA again no problem, using R2. But as soon as I select MUT mode the server logs me out every time. Franchise mode works fine, but I haven't been able to play MUT in nearly a week. Please help. This is still occurring after a power cycle on my Wi-Fi. When I use my hotspot it logs me out due to server error on every single one of my online modes. Console: PS5 ea handle: TR_CrokkedFace
