I am unable to sign in with my home internet
I've been trying to sign into the EA app and was getting an EC 201 error. I've tried reinstall and repair the app but none of that worked. Then I found out that the problem also persists when trying to sign in through the website. As soon as I click sign in, I get a really long loading screen and I eventually reach a generic firefox error screen with a "try again" button. This problem also occurs when I try signing in through my phone. When I'm using mobile data or mobile hotspot, everything works perfectly fine, but hotspot clearly isn't an ideal way to play "online only" games. It all started when I was trying out the new skate game only to run into an 852146987 error. All of the sudden everything EA related stopped working.

Some games on my account, namely: Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight, Command & Conquer Red Alert, Dead Space 2, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Need for Speed Most Wanted, eed for Speed Undercower, do not download, indicating that they do not belong to me. Please help me figure out what is going on. Thank you.Cannot buy anything new through the APP
Hi! I tried to buy an expansion pack for The Sims 4(Enchanted by nature), I can... pay alright, I confirm the payment with my banking app, but then the provider's redirecting screen loads forever and the session expires, therefore I cannot buy the pack! I tried buying another pack, but still, nanadada! Please, I don't know how to even fix this. Beforehand, the app kept crashing. Deleted the cache and re-installed it. This payment problem still persists no matter what! I'm seriously considering migrating everything to Steam.Login issue.... please help
i just bought and install FC25 from epic games, i did repair the game for several times but it always stuck at login with notification such as picture i provide, it indicates security violation but i dont knoe how to fix it. i dont understand what should i do.... please help me. some times the last digits are (110), (25), (10)
several issue whit EA APP
Recently i've get notice that no one of my usually controller (dualsense and nvidia controller) are no more running until EA APP. so games goes to start but no way to play with controller. Only on EA APP and Xbox PC. On all other my PC game APP still work (Steam, Epic, GoG). and of course on Windows the controller are connect (working in bluetooth and with usb connection) After that iv try so many simple things: upgrade, check for error on driver than tryto unistall the games on EA APP , re-install it and at last unistall EA APP . Now EA APP dont work anymore, i cant start no one of my games . Afert installing and try to running, the .exe program still but never get start.
