EAFC25 servers are available but not for me.
Ever since the recent update on Thursday the 17 July 2025, whenever it's 9pm till 22:10pm in South Africa Cape Town , my game Crashes and I can't log into Ultimate Team or clubs, it says that the EA servers are unavailable when they are because all my other friends are playing. It's not a WiFi problem because I use Lan and my WiFi is on its highest. And it's only EAFC25 that this happens to. Please can you sort this out ASAPHaving another fc account (friends)
Hi EA Support, I'm experiencing a problem with Ultimate Team access. I have my own EA account and PSN account (PSN ID: OG_Ciga69420), both properly linked. My friend also has his own separate EA and PSN accounts. However, when either of us logs into the EA Companion App or Ultimate Team, the other gets kicked out or can't access UT — even though we are not sharing accounts. This also happens with the Web App or console. We used the same console at some point, but now we're on separate devices and accounts. It seems like EA is still detecting some kind of link between us (maybe from a past console or device). Can you please check if there's any hidden session or device link between our accounts??EA ACCOUNT
i don’t have access to my email account on EA I have access to it on ps5 because I get the codes and stuff through my phone but the email account I used was my school email and since I graduated I no longer have access to that email /expired and when I want to login in fut campanion it won’t let me because I need a code and I don’t have access to the account and when I want to change the email I also need access to the old email so I can’t really do anything . I also pre ordered ea 26 and don’t want to risk losing the account and spending that much money on that so can anyone help or suggest ideas ?Cant event get to play FC 25
Hello Everyone Ive been contacting EA for the past Day still nothing works for me i did literally everything from deleting repairing everything trust me. I got the game via epic games EA Play yesterday. I start the game it shows a splash screen then follows ah black screen and the whole [Snip] closes and opens again epic and EA app. I contacted support but they couldn’t do nothing.
