Cant event get to play FC 25

Question

Hello Everyone&nbsp;
Ive been contacting EA for the past Day still nothing works for me i did literally everything from deleting repairing everything trust me. I got the game via epic games EA Play yesterday. I start the game it shows a splash screen then follows ah black screen and the whole [Snip] closes and opens again epic and EA app. I contacted support but they couldn’t do nothing. I cant even refund [Snip] i dont know why i got no help pls anyone.

Hey Messionmobile​,
So you're not getting past the splash screen? Are you getting any errors at all?
Could you share what you've already tried? That way I won't recommend something you've already done.
