Jogo dando vários problemas após nova atualizaçao
Meu jogo não salva nada, trava e não abre, conteúdo sumindo, galeria não carrega meus conteúdos, o app trava toda hora e da bug no jogo, tenho dois jogos salvos e um deles simplesmente desapareceu. Quando isso será resolvido? No dia 23 sera atualizado novamente?

This is a problem I've had for a while. occasionally it would happen with A FEW photos and I would simply accept it since I do use mods and CC and thought it was one of these bugs you just sort of have to accept, but, today, after two weeks without playing I entered my LEGACY CHALLENGE save file and ALL THE PICTURES AND PAINTINGS WERE GONE!!! the photos are fully black and the paintings have gone blank. mind you im on my fifth generation and I had pictures upon my walls of all the sims that came before. not to be dramatic but I actually want to cry. all my freaking photos? GONE! my masterpieces? GONE!!!!!! I've tried all the solutions I could find on the internet and none of them works. this is just inhumane. nobody wants more expansions, just fix the hundreds of goddamn problems the game already has.
Can’t click on anything after traveling – UI disappears (Mac, no mods)
Hi! I play The Sims 4 on my MacBook and I don’t use any mods or custom content. But recently, after updating the game, every time I travel to a different lot, the game just breaks. All the controls disappear. I can’t click on anything. For example, when I click on an object or Sim, no options appear — it’s like the game forgot how to play. The UI just vanishes and I can’t do anything anymore. It’s completely unplayable. I’ve tried: Deleting the localthumbcache and cache folders Removing everything from the Mods folder Repairing the game on the EA App Starting a new save Running the game in windowed mode Nothing works. This never happened before — it started only after I updated the game. Please fix this, I really love the game but I just can’t play it anymore. Thanks!

Eu jogo no MacBook e uns 4 dias atras eu fui instalar a EA de novo mas eu ja tinha instalado algumas vezes antes, eu jogava the sims 4 e fui instalar para jogar de novo, só que quando eu instalava e ia abrir a EA, antes mesmo de abrir para logar a conta e tals ele já aparecia o erro 10005, eu já pesquisei varias vezes como resolver, já desinstalei e instalei de novo a EA umas 10 vezes, já exclui o firewalls, não uso VPN, mas nada disso resolveu, ainda assim aparece o erro e isso tá durando ja quase 5 dias, lembrando que eu uso Macbook e esses tutorias de como resolver também eram todos de windows.
meu the sims não abre e percebo meu app EA lento
Meu the sims 4 não abre, clico em jogar o jogo ameaça a abrir mas volta para o aplicativo, ja tentei reiniciar o computador e a internet e tirar todos os meus mods mas nada funcionou, vi que poderia limpar meus chacs mas meu computador é Mac IOS então não consigo fazer particamente nada, estou morrendo de medo de perder meu jogo e oque já tenho la dentro.
