Several bug reports
I’ve discovered a few bugs and would like to report them. Issue 1: The reactive skin doesn’t change even after killing an enemy. (This bug does not occur in the shooting range.) Issue 2: In the Japanese version, when using Bloodhound to pin a Bossek Compound Bow, the character speaks in English. (Is this intended? Or is it a bug?) Issue 3: In the Japanese version, text related to the Wildcard Gundam event is displayed in English. (The game developer’s localization skills are pretty poor.) Since Japanese isn’t supported on the EA forums, I’m forced to use a translation service. Please take Japanese players’ opinions into consideration as well.
Season 2 Battle Pass compensation for Phantom Edition is missing
Phantom Edition Season 2 full battle pass compensation is missing, they're trying to scam us once again. I received the xp boosts in season 1 (after a VERY LONG TIME) but not the season 2 pass. This has been a problem for a few years now. Every once in a while the jerseys will wipe and go to black and white. The logos will change to the ducks logo and be black and white. It takes a considerable amount of time to remake my jerseys and it’s been annoying for a long time now. I hope it can be fixed
Missing rewards after opeing 100 packs
I purchased 100 Apex Packs at approximately 11:59 AM on March 25, 2026. During the unboxing process, I encountered a server error and was unable to see what items I received. Upon checking my inventory, I found that no skin rewards were granted. I indicates this is a bug that occurs after upgrading the packs. I request that EA fix this bug and restore my 100 packs.
Royalty Expansion Not Showing in Game
I just bought the royalty expansion pack and its not showing up in my game. It doesn't show up in my marketplace collection either. It took money out and it shows up in the folder, just not in game. I've tried uninstalling Sims 4 and restarting my computer and repairing the game. Every pack shows up and ive never had problems until now. (cm edit - updated title for vis)
