My coins were stolen by EA
I have spent over $2000 of my own real US dollars on Madden MUT 25. I do NOT USE A THIRD PARTY. please address my actual question below What is the reason that I cannot speak to a human employee responsible for deciding if a mistake happened when I was accused of coin sharing and banned from the auction house and had my $9,000,000 coins taken away?Fan Appreciation rewards never appeared.
I had a look through my game history and I did more than enough to complete the FA Dailies as requested. However the game shows as stuck on 16 just before 17. I know I completed these as I have had my other rewards from other themes. So why haven't I still received my FA tokens from 16 to 21 then? If anyone from @EA could help please.
Can’t reopen my team builder season on Madden 25
I made an online franchise on Madden 25 with friends which I was having fun in due to all of us using created team builder teams. Today I tried opening up the franchise again and now I am stuck on the importing teambuilder files and now confused on why it won’t load. I have the teams downloaded and is recognized by ea but when I go to download history it’s not showing up. What can I do because this is unacceptable.Roster file was overwritten
Someone released some players and then saved is as Official roster. Now when i play online the released players are not there. When i try to download the roster from the download section, it says i have the latest roster. I have deleted everything and unlinked the account. i restored the game and re-linked the account and the same thing happens.
Can’t access my lineup in ultimate team.
I haven’t been able to access my lineup for a week and it’s infuriating. I’ve removed all player chemistries, reinstalled the game, and pretty much tried everything to fix it. Since EA doesn’t care about the people who shell out money for their awful game every year, I don’t know how to get technical support. Any suggestions on how to fix this. Hopefully the developers of the game get laid off or something.
Training Points Fan Appreciation Variety Pack
Just purchased a Fan Appreciation Variety Pack with 120,000 training points and I didn’t receive a single thing mentioned in the pack. I only received a rare strategy item. Please reimburse the training points or provide me with the Correct Fan Appreciation Variety Pack please
Fan Appreciation Pack Issues
Fan Appreciation Purchases. Over the past 3 weeks, I have spent over 360K in points for the Fan Appreciation packs. These packs promise -88 and 1-99 player and mention nothing about a Strategy for 120K. Since I use my Training purchase to upgrade and purchase different players, this isn't right. Something has to be done. There have been other players who posted the same error. I have yet to hear from you regarding my last two purchases. This morning at 0015 hours, I made another purchase, spending another 120K in points, thinking that you folks had addressed these issues. After my purchase, I see it is the same thing as another purchase, a Strategy Pack instead of the promotional players as promised. I would appreciate it if someone responds to these messages and advises if this system error has been corrected. The situation isn't fair or right, either by replacing my training points or updating my queue with the promised packs as promised.97-99 Ultimate legends (Champ) fantasy pack
I wanted to get the new 99 overall Rob Gronkowski. I had 25 Ultimate legends tokens and bought the Bnd Ultimate Legends (Champ) fantasy pack. It only had outdated players that I did not want. I picked rod woodson. If I actually wanted any of those players they are all in the pack that works right. Is there any way that I could get some kind of refund for buying this broken pack? That would be greatly appreciated.
