Got Wrong Reward
I forgot what the bundle was called it was contained 1 88 or 99 LTD, 3 95+, 2 90+, and 1 EGGSTRAVAGANT EGG! I got the other awards, but the SECOND I opened eggstravagant egg, I was shocked to see I GOT A DEJA VU EGG! Btw I am a noob I hear it's likely a redux player but I DESERVE A 98-99 LTD! I did later grind for one, but I DESERVE ANOTHER! It was a limited time bundle and I spent 50$. I rarely spend money on games. I was thinking abt buying 2, but APPARENTLY NOT! I completed this event going 10-0. Gamer tag is HesiHeem on Xbox series x/s. All I recieved was 20,000 Karrotd but no event token to redeem Malik Nabers. As this is a timed event and his card value with decrease as omite players complete the event, I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible? I’m posting this publicly because private support has gone nowhere. I was selected as a winner of the EA Forums Super Bowl Giveaway for Madden NFL 26 (confirmed by EA staff). I provided all requested details promptly. It has now been over 30 days, and I still have not received the reward. I’ve: Replied on the original forum thread multiple times Opened an EA Help case (#239744577) Followed every instruction given The response I received from EA Help was essentially: they “can’t grant rewards” and told me to keep posting on the forum. That’s not a solution—that’s passing responsibility. At this point, this reflects very poorly on how EA handles its own promotions: A winner was confirmed Required steps were completed The reward was never delivered I’m asking for a clear resolution: Deliver the promised reward (Now outdated) Provide a real update with a timeline Stop redirecting between support channels If anyone else has experienced this with EA contests, speak up. I don't expect this to be resolved and what good is receiving a Playoffs card at this point?
