Finally Enjoying Madden , Until Their Automated System Banned me
I know at best I'll get a response saying I need to file an appeal ( which i have ) but EA and their system has almost taken all love for the game that I have now after multiple years of disliking the game. I've enjoyed working the auction house on this game more than i have any year , to the point I can play the game without ever touching gameplay. I've spent plenty of money and time , neither of which i can get back and now my account is left with nothing With the popularity of the Jaguars and Gametime theme team , a lot of Jaguars Gold Cards were spiking in price and hard to find on the Auction House. I did what i thought was smart and bought these cards when they went up for cheap and posted them for more. That is it. Didn't buy coins and didn't engage in anything against TOS. I had 6.5 million coins wiped from my account several days ago and felt defeated. However , i still had a very good and very expensive team at the time and decided i would sell my team and just try to make coins in a safer manner to avoid the bot but still upset i even have to avoid playing the game in a fair manner because the bot system is so flawed. I made over 9.5 million coins from selling my team and decided to get off for the night. I was completely shocked to see my coins had been wiped AGAIN and i received an Auction House Ban. Not once did i receive a notification or email mind you. This was even more confusing because i didnt even sell a card for more than it usually sold for , i sold my team just under the market value on that day so there wouldnt have been a reason to think this was possible. I have created 5 appeals , I have received 0 help and im losing hope at a resolution within a timely manner before im too far behind in the game 100s if not 1000s of other players are struggling with this problem as well and its unacceptable. The ability to find a resolution is even more unacceptable. The best chance at fixing this problem shouldnt be sending a letter for arbitration to EA HQ. This is sickening and its sad that it doesnt seem any EA Representative or Community Manager cares to help or get to the bottom of this. They'll simply tell you to file an appeal and move on . Its time for change. I want my coins back and i want the ability to use the auction house. i just want to enjoy the game i spent money purchasing and extra supporting.Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.Madden Offline Franchise is Dumb!
So with my offline franchise with the Bengals in Week 14 both my Starting MIKE L. Wilson and backup FS who was my next SUBLB G. Stone got injured. When I simulated to the next Week the game added a 65 overall MIKE from my practice squad to my team and cut my 5th DT and gave him to the Titans on the same 2 year deal I currently had him signed to. What the **bleep** Madden?
