WON CLICKED CONTINUED BUT SAYS I GOT DISCONNECTED

I WON MY FUTCHAMPS 4-2 AND CONTINUED AS NORMAL. IT SAID I GOT DISCONNECTED AND GAVE ME A LOSS WHAT THE HELL EA. I CANNOT CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT IM JUST STUCK ON SOME DUMB CHATBOT
