hi ..my controller stop working

hi ..my controller stop working when in online match on laliga tots exhibition ...but when in setting and lobby work fine ...and when playing offline vs ai work also fine ,,the controller is an Xbox one controller wired and using Pc to play fc26 can someone help me

connectivity
crashing
launching
multiplayer
pc
progress issue

    does your controller also work on every thing else like clubs because im having the same tissue also does it like connect to your keyboard instead

    ive just contacted ea help and apparently they no longer support controller on ultimate team
