EAFC26 loading then going back to ea app

as i have mentioned in the title the game is showing launching ea anti cheat screen then going back to ea app on my laptop yet eafc25 works perfectly well and i have played eafc26 bfr on the same laptop on game pass ultimate when it launched in october and now after i bought the game it refuses to work on my laptop but it works perfectly fine on my desktop

laptop is Acer predator hellios neo 16 phn 16-72

i9 14900hx - rtx 4070
