Credit for Romantic Explorer aspiration goal applying incorrectly

I am going to use romantic explorer for this example. It had a part in it in which my sim has to use the romantic blanket 3 times for Romance. Both he and his wife had 0 of 3. I have them woohoo and they immediately get credit for all 3. 

This has happened with other aspirations as well but at the time I was not sure. Now I am. 

I will list the others individually as I come across them again unless someone says there is no need.
