Game License is Invalid
I get this error every time I try to launch The Sims 4. I've tried everything that I can find online; I force updated the EA app, uninstalled the EA app/TS4 and reinstalled it, cleared my cache, and still it won't launch. I can't figure out how to get ahold of an EA rep, is it even possible? All I see is an AI chat-bot that's supposed to help me, and it suggests thing that I've already done. Hi all, For last few weeks, the right side of the EA app is in indefinite loading screen. My profile pic, status and friend list are a part of this infinite loading screen, PFA. Because of this, in game friends who are online don't show up as well as I don't show as Online for my friends. I have no issue playing the game but I am no longer able to play with my friends. Tried the following but nothing helped: App uninstall and re-install. Delete reg edit entries, clear local data after EA uninstall and reinstall. Delete Apex legends and EA app, delete all involved folders, local data, reg edit entries and reinstall. Restart router. Also tried installing EA app in D: drive(custom location) but it keeps installing in C: drive. Not sure if this helps though.Solved10KViews36likes263CommentsPacks not appearing.
Im coming back to Sims Four after nearly 6-8 months away. While rebooting EA asked me to sign in, which i did and it brought me to my Sims Homescreen. I selected the character id like to play as but a notification popped up saying i do not have the Moschino Pack installed on this world (even though I purchased it nearly 6-8 months ago) and i cannot play the world unless it is Installed. ive checked all through my Sims, my EA and even my computer with no luck on finding these Moschino Packs ): My Gf and I were really excited to play. For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. This has never happened before, and it only affects the EA App—my Steam games run without issue. It attempts to download the update but stays on 0% for a couple of minutes and then pops up that the launcher failed to update. I then go to reopen the EA app and the cycle repeats. I have cleared the cache to try and fix it but it did not help. I tried restarting my router as well as trying other WiFis but none seem to be helping. I have also tried to uninstall the EA App so that I can reinstall in hopes the issue will fix but the app will not uninstall. What do you expect to see? my EA app on my HP laptop just will not update my sims game, the last update the game had it had this issue but i manged to repair the files and it worked but this most recent update nothings working, I’ve cleared the cache on the app, restarted the app, restarted my laptop and updated my laptop but nothings working, i tried to repair the game instead to see if that would work at it just got stuck on 54% then came up with an error that said there’s an issue and to clear my cache. then in a fit of rage i just uninstalled the game and have been trying to redownload it but again it’s stuck on 2% and i have no idea what to do, and i’ve been trying to resolve it for 2 days but nothing is working, please help 🙏ea launcher acting goofy
was playin sims4 on up till origins. when origins when i had to use ea launcher. issue is any time i dont manually open the ea launcher as admin, it half loads everything and says "things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. hang tight while we try to solve the problem" i clear the cache then open as admin. it says i can download sims4, when i imput the download path ect it starts the download but is infinite loop. no download progress after 9 hours. connections not the issue. if i connect to a vpn same issue. if i disconnect my wifi client grey screens and wont let me do anything till i reconnect. please help. I wanted to play ea play games through PC game pass.
