EA HELP is GARBAGE
Been sitting for over 10 1/2 hrs waiting on EA supports live chat that gives an est. wait time of 30 mins... only for when you get down to 1 min it resets back to a 2hr queue. $55 billion dollars and you cannot afford PHONES or a support section? I have followed every instruction to get support, made sure not to close the browser or let my pc sleep, like i said 10 HRS of this is BULLSHXT. where is your support[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online

This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. I play on PC, bought the phantom edition on steam for BF6 and played the beta. In the Beta, my game was genuinely unplayable. the constant frame drops and audio tearing made me try everything I could find online about how to fix it and nothing did. now that the game is officially out, I booted it up and it was completely fine (100+ fps no lag nothing) until about 30 minutes in game when boom. instant frame drops, audio tearing, CPU usage at 100%. So i bought BF6 using Steam since EA refused to verify/validate 3 of my credit card. I linked my steam account to EA in EA.com but somehow it does not reflected in the EA App. Now when i play BF6, it does not show that I am in game in EA App and I cant join my EA friends game/server. When the game launches it does prompt the link but it still does not show that I am in-game. Funny thing is if I go to EA Help website, it shows that I owned BF6 but there is no BF6 in EA App library and I still can purchase BF6 in EA App. I've reinstalled EA App, delete cache, run both Steam and EA App as administrator but still no result. On October 11, 2025, I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription for one month. The system showed that the payment failed, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that the amount for the subscription had already been charged. However, my EA Play Pro subscription has not been activated. When I checked my order history on my EA account, it shows the status as “Failed.” I’ve attached a screenshot of this for reference. Hi, This has probably been one of the worst experiences I’ve had… My little brother accidentally purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on my EA account for PC. Since neither of us owns an Xbox or PlayStation account, he usually plays through my account. He made the purchase on August 11, and within 12 hours I submitted a refund request. After requesting the refund, I also created a ticket and contacted an EA advisor. They told me the refund process would take about 14 days. I waited, but after 14 days my refund request was declined. The advisor then said they couldn’t issue a refund but would instead restore the game to my library (since it had been removed after the refund request). So at that point, I owned the game again and it appeared in my library. Fast forward to today I still can’t download the game. Every time I try, I get an error saying “You don’t have access to this game” or “You don’t own this game.” When I contacted EA support again, they asked me for my bank statement as proof that I didn’t receive a refund basically implying that I might be trying to scam them even though it was their team who told me earlier that the refund wasn’t possible. At one point, another advisor told me the game was purchased for Xbox, not PC, which is why I couldn’t download it. I explained multiple times that I don’t even have an Xbox account linked, nor do I own one. Honestly, I feel like EA has taken my money and left me without access to the game. Every time I reach out, a new advisor tells me to create another ticket and reference the previous one and the issue just keeps looping. I really don’t understand how it’s possible that the game still shows up in my library as “Owned,” yet I can’t download or play it. Plus - I'm from pakistan and this game cost me around 21k PKR with tax which is not cheap its really expensive.Downloaded all BF6 multiplayer/single player add-ons on EA app, but game says no
I downloaded the base game and all add-ons via EA app. When I launch the game it says I don't have multiplayer or single-player files installed. I repaired game files, cleared cache, restarted app, uninstalled/re-installed, signed out/in, nothing works. On top of this, EA refund tool doesn't recognize BF6 as eligible for refund. EA sucks!!
