Cloud data corrupted, even offline saving not working
Hello! My problem is that I can't get my game save files from the server, it just says that the cloud files are corrupted. EC 10607 I've changed my connection settings to manual and I've cleared the offline cache. Also Mirror's edge does start, but I cannot save the game. Mirrors's Edge Catalyst doesn't start at all. Mass Effect Legendary edition givers the error code after taking ages to try and load the data! I tried to play offline, still there's no possibility of saving the games. I've bought ME 3 copies, ME 2 3 copies, ME 3 I have 3 or 4 copies, plus I have ME legendary edition (I've also spent a lot of money on the DLC's earlier on... and it sucks that I can't save. Basically makes the game unplayable, since my old saves don't even work. Best regards Juha / Jazzimus
EA App update broke invite functionality of PGA Tour
Appears some kind of update was released between Tuesday Sept. 9th 2026 and Saturday Sept. 12th 2026. We were able to play PGA Tour online together on that Tuesday but on Saturday the invites do not show up on the overlay in-game. All three of us have the same result when we try to host. I believe it is the EA app and NOT the game - the game hasn/t been updated since December 2025.
EA app Library Customization & Favorites Feature Request
I would love to see more customization options added to the EA app game library. One feature I would especially like to see is the ability to favorite games. Favorite games could appear in a dedicated “Favorites” section or automatically be displayed at the top of the library, making it much easier to quickly access the games we play most often. It would also be great to have additional library customization options, such as: Adding games to Favorites Displaying favorite games at the top Manually organizing games in a preferred order Creating custom categories such as “Favorites,” “Recently Played,” and “Installed” Hiding games that we are not interested in seeing Choosing how games are sorted and displayed in the library The EA app already has a large game library, so these features would make it much easier for users to organize and personalize their experience. These may seem like simple features, but they could make the EA app feel much more personal and user-friendly. I hope EA considers adding more library customization options in a future update. I’ve been wanting to play some older games I bought or got for free on Origin for a while now. Now that I’m on vacation, I decided to install the EA app to revisit *Dead Space 2*. The problem is, I can’t even download the game. I just get a message saying, "Acess Denied. The download was cancelled because you do not own the game. To play, go to the Hub to get the game." The thing is, I’ve owned this game since 2013, and it shows up in my game library. This issue only happens with this specific game; all my other older games acquired on Origin are downloading and working without any problems. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the EA app, but nothing worked. I need your help to resolve this. The screenshots are in Portuguese, which is my account's default language.
RESTART: Issue with Ea play - pass expired but not so in Xbox game pass
3 weeks in. No resolution. EA blames XBOX, XBOX blames EA - to me it's EA as XBOX shows everything correctly. I've done full cycle of troubleshooting several times. Contacted both teams - it's shocking how hard is it to get hold of anyone at EA and when you do, they've got no clue (just running off a script). Clearly issue in data between XBOX & EA but no means of EA team sending request to XBOX team to clarify and fix issue if account confirmed as Premium?
In-game Rich Presence Deprecated?
For the past few years, EA’s game presence appears to have stopped working properly, despite various sources still stating that the feature is supported. This also seems to affect the Discord Rich Presence integration. Previously, EA’s presence system could display the game you were playing, the current level or location, the game mode, and how long you had been playing. Nowadays, it only seems to display the game title. The Discord Rich Presence integration also no longer appears to work at all.
EA please add a real offline option to EA APP!
Please EA I beg of you add a real offline setting! I miss being able to play games offline without internet! You make amazing games and I have bought many of them over the years ever since Origin! For the good of the world and players around it please add it! Thanks and keep making good games!
