Czarny ekran po włączeniu The Sims 4
Dobry wieczór, Mam problem z grą The 4. Po włączeniu gry pokazuje mi się czarny ekran i kursor. Po chwili gra się wyłacza. Co mam zrobić, aby wszystko działało? Naprawiłam grę przez ea app, ale to nic nie dało, reinstalowałam grę i to również nic nie dało. Wyjełam folder mods z folderu gry i to też nic nie dało

My account hacked and the support helped me to get my account back but still one more problem in my account, the hacker used he's number in my account to recover the account and to stole it again the support team helped me a lot and they can't to remove his number, I asked for help please! when I try to delete his number, I being asked to receive a code on this number, what should I do! Don't my account go away !!!! I paid a lot in APEX LEGENDS game
"Games removed from Library" - Sims 4 Digital content
Hi! I went to play my copy of Sims 4 and noticed that I had a notice from a few days ago for "removed games." The full list is: Life of the Party Digital Content Up All Night Digital Content The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe I've seen some other posts from a few years ago of people having this same issue, but no instruction on how to recover paid content aside from it reappearing in their games lists. Any help would be appreciated!Constantly have to repair EA app
I've been having an issue where the EA app constantly needs to be repaired and won't launch properly (or crashes and then won't restart properly). When it's having those issues I can't play any EA games until I fix it. Really frustrating since I haven't had this problem with any other game launchers
Can't buy KIT for The Sims 4 EA error (ref. #54005)
I'll start by saying that I've already followed all the steps recommended in this post by EA_Solaire. A prepaid credit card is linked to my Paypal account, which I've always used for purchases in the EA app. However, since last Friday it has inexplicably stopped working and keeps giving me an error. I waited until today, which is Monday, to see if the situation would be resolved, but no luck. I'd even opened a chat with EA Help, but all I got was automatic replies that didn't resolve the problem and then the case was closed with the words Fixed, which didn't happen. I just want to be able to purchase your games, but if you don't allow it because there are technical problems on your end, it's just your loss. And before you ask, there are enough funds, a KIT is €4.99, and on the prepaid credit card there is €20.
lost dlc
I bought quite few dlc packs for the sims 4 and purchased it through klarna, i had them when i made my sims 4 save, bought a new pc and when i downloaded the origin app to my new pc the DLC vanished and i can't play my save. I've contacted EA help mulitple times provided proof of purchase the merchant ID and everything. i've contacted Klarna as well after a long and frustrating back and forth between the two they have both said they can't help unless i contact the other, disregarding proof i've contacted both. they just stol $90.88 and refuse to refund me. I am using a Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio running Windows 11, newly purchased, and all of my EA games so far (NFS Most Wanted and Bejeweled 3) have failed to launch with an error message saying "This game will not run in a virtual environment". I have turned off all Virtualization on the machine, Hyper-V and Device Guard and this issue is still cropping up. Please can you help me play the games I have purchased.
