Currency not loading and shop not working

This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like. One of the consultants said that he had sent a report on my problem further and my problem would be solved. I also asked about compensation (will the containers be given for the Apryze tests if I do not have time to pass it, or maybe they will give me an additional time to complete the task), I was told that there would be no compensation. Battlespace tasks are also unavailable (no levels are awarded). I moved to a new level, where I was supposed to get an apex pack, but I didn't get a pack, and it's unclear whether there will be compensation. There's a pink core that appears on the Katar when there is no core equipped. It disappears to normal when punching or climbing with Katar, but taking out weapon and holstering brings the pink core back. The pink core completely ruins the looks of coreless Katars. So i've seen a bunch of other people talking about this, when you go to use her a either you spin at an insane speed or you literally get stuck and cannot move, it's genuinely so frustrating . It was fine in season 23 it wasn't too slow and it wasn't too fast but now horizon is almost unplayable.
