I’ve lost all my Progress and my account got reseted to Level 1
So, I’ve been trying to get my skins and heirlooms to a different account because the account that has the heirlooms and skins it’s not accessible anymore, and after I’ve swapped my EA Account to my newly main PlayStation account I lost all my progress and skins I’ve had on it a lot of investment was made and it would really be a shame if I’ve just lost everything that I’ve built for over 7 years. Issue description An exploit allows a player to throw two grenades with almost no delay between them (any grenade type). Why this is severe Normally, when two grenades are thrown at a player, the first explosion most likely applies damage to the health and knockback the target, causing the target to be displaced so the second grenade landing in the same area will often miss or deal reduced damage. But with this exploit, both grenades resolve damage almost simultaneously, effectively bypassing the knockback displacement. This results in both grenades dealing full damage, which can instantly eliminate a player. Where it occurs This is not limited to the firing range and can occur in normal game modes. Disclosure note I’m intentionally not posting reproduction steps publicly due to the severity of the issue. I can provide exact inputs and conditions privately to Respawn/EA staff. Hello, I would like to inform the Apex team behind the technical aspect of the game that in the recent seasons the game has been less smooth on PS4 PRO. Dips up to 30fps in wildcard and even in mixtape where the maps are smaller and used to not have the fps dips before the engine change. Not just the fps dips, I encounter that the console overheats in the lobby BUT NOT in the other menu sections (so I just move to a new section for the console not to overheat). The overheating occurs in the weapons choice menu before you enter a Team Death Match or Control Mixtape mode. (which I play all the time over trios) BUT in the game is fine. (when I am actually playing) How is a selection screen overheating but not the actual gameplay? Could you please look into the performance of the game on console? I think the PS4 Pro is a decent machine that can play Apex. Not the most recent console or latest PC hardware but I can play your game. Thank you for reading, best regards GamesPlayer. I just finished a few warm up games in wildcard mode and had no issues loading into games. I then switched to go play ranked and now I've been sitting with only 1 player in queue for matchmaking. I checked if there were any locks, bans or penalties against my account and there are not. I also restarted everything and still end up having the issue. My apex load screen and gameplay is super glitchy on ps5. It literally skips every 2 minutes. I tried playing online on my ps4 and it was just fine. Why is it only primarily a ps5 issue? Hello, I’ve been experiencing unusual connection issues while playing Apex Legends on the Sydney server using my PS5 (wired connection). The issue occurs consistently and follows this pattern: The first game I play runs smoothly with a stable 45–56ms ping and no noticeable problems. However, from the second game onward, I experience severe packet loss (three red squares), teleporting, rubber banding, and prediction errors (two red dotted lines). My ping remains the same, but the game becomes unplayable. Restarting Apex Legends temporarily fixes the issue, allowing me to play one good game before the problem returns. Switching to a different server resolves the issue, with no red squares or prediction errors—just the expected higher ping due to location differences. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted my router and checked my internet connection (other online games work fine). Contacted my ISP, who confirmed there are no issues on their end. Deleted and reinstalled Apex Legends. Tested other servers, which work as expected.
