Stupid screen freeze

Can we fix this broken game! I que for ranked then get hit with a frozen screen so I patiently sit there for 10 minutes and nothing. So then I give up and close the game then re open it to get hit with “cannot reconnect to forfeited match” and it gives me a useless and stupid que penalty and ON TOP OF THAT I LOSE 162 ON RANKED FOR NO F***IN REASON. Fix this game istg as if ranking up wasn’t hard enough with the terrible matchup of teammates.
