Account got cleared last year

Last year my account got completely wiped. Randomly i logged into Apex on my PS4 and it asked me to sign in do i tried and it didn’t recognize my loggin so it made me make a new account and i lost everything from skins to heirlooms to progression and i was trying to get it back with no success i stopped playing the game after that(it was the only game i enjoyed playing) but since then i have upgraded to a PS5 and been logging in for a miracle to happen and i just recently played the game and realized i still have live for it so this is my last hope my PS ID is IG-KUJOBABY this all happened right after the cross progression update
