Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Hi, I’m experiencing a freezing issue in EA SPORTS FC 24 on PS4. During a match, when I go to Team Management at half-time, the game suddenly becomes unresponsive. I cannot change players, go back, or navigate through the menu. The controller is still working normally, but the game does not respond to any inputs. I have already restarted the game and PS4, checked for updates, and tested with another controller, but the issue still happens. This problem did not happen before. I am playing a lot of matches to the ultimate team I just created a few days ago . The problem is my XP isn't going up it stays at 0 and I can't get any season packs because of it please resolve this problem I tried everything to resolve it by myself and I couldn't do itEA FC 24 to receive Legacy Pass
Hello, I’m writing to you today in some last hopes for help, In EA FC 24 is two no unobtainable trophies that I feel could be easily fixed. “End of the Line” is a trophy you receive for reaching the last level of the UT 24 season however due to the game now being not as frequently updates, we haven’t received one in a long while. I feel as though this could easily be fixed however if you just added an old one as a “Legacy Pass”, I’m a trophy hunter myself and love achieving one hundred percent on all my games and would love to do it with your game!. Please consider this as it would massively improve the communities happiness and help drive people to play the game.Draft kept glitching
I built an online draft using fifa points i bought (300) but when i tried swapping players it would say error and kick me out of UT. I spoke to an advisor and they told me its because i had different versions of the same player (92 and 96 Carlos) ao it caused a glitch. This was annoying but i was still able to play. I got to round 3 and before starting i contacted support to see if this issue could be resolved as ideally i wantedto move playersaround. I was given 3 options and one was for me to forfeit the draft myself and id get base level rewards by clikcing square (which i couldn't find on the screen), so the advisor reset remotely. What i wasnt made aware of is doing this causes you to lose the draft, lose the points, not packs and not eligible for a token. Im not without all this when i could have either played on got packs or left mid match and got rewards that way. I was then told there was nothing that could be done. I felt quite hard done-by as i wasnt made aware of this, ive had a draft reset for no reason it seemsNo option to upgrade to PS5 Version
I recently bought a ps4 disc copy of Ea FC 24 because of the flexibility with the ps5 upgrade option displayed on the box. But now after installing it on my ps5 I don’t see any option to access the upgrade. Ive tried the three dots, I’ve searched the ps store (ea fc 24 is no longer on the store) and I’ve searched the in actual game menu. Hello. I recently had an EA chat advisor manually link my new PSN ID (DarthMET201120) to my main EA Account (DarthMET21). On the game's main menu, the system successfully pulls my original club name 'RossoBiancoBlu1' and 'Est. Dec 2022'. However, the second I click 'Enter Ultimate Team', the server completely fails to sync my actual squad file and forces me into the brand-new starter pack tutorial. The live chat advisors told me they couldn't help and closed the chat, but the data is clearly half-syncing right on my screen. Can a Community Manager or Senior Admin please escalate this to the database team for a manual persona migration review? I just want my actual squad progress synced to the PSN profile that is actively linked to my email. Update: I just spoke with an advisor on live chat who confirmed this looks like a backend server sync issue. They filed an official bug report on my behalf to the game team under Case ID: 248520291. Hoping a manager here can still look into the database migration!
[PS4] FC 24 - Unable to connect to EA Servers (2FA issue)
As the title suggests, if my EA Account has 2FA enabled, I'm unable to connect to the EA Servers on FC 24 (PS4 Edition). I have recently formated my console (to eliminate corrupted files/local cache), I've renewed the linkeage between my EA Account and my PSN Account, even gone as far as renewing the 2FA token. Nothing works out. The only (temporary) fix is to disable 2FA, which I won't do to not make my account vulnerable. I don't have other EA titles on PS4 to test it out, but on PC (Steam) I'm able to connect without any issues because upon launching an EA Game, the app pops up a request to trust the device. Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you solve it? I found support unhelpful because the related topics don't mention this specific issue and, AFAIK, there is no option to open a support ticket.
