Error CE-34878-0 FC 24 (PS4)

Hello! This is my first time posting here. In my EAFC 24 (PS4) I just would like to ask where can I search for players? Because one of them disappeared (His name is Felipe Anderson, from Latium, Italy), not in career mode or ultimate team, from the whole game, I transferred him to Panathinaikos (Rest of the World) but I don’t know what happened and he disappeared, I looked in his old team (Latium) and at the free agents and he is gone, I started a career just to search for him, but nothing. I am trying to purchase the fc 25 70% offer from FC 24 live screen but when i press the buy now button it just doesn’t take me to the page. I am trying to upgrade from fc 24 to 25 but i am unable to do since the pass week. I dont know whats going on and can you please fix this as i want to purchase the 70% offer. But there's no way we can invite each other. Is there a crossplay between ps4 and PC? If so, what needs to be done? My pad does not connect with FC24
My ps5 pad always disconnect when lever I want to connect to FC24z it shows color pink on my pad. Itried to return my brand new ps5 thinking it was faulty, the company did a warranty test on my new ps5 and I was told nothing was wrong with the game. I was advised to contact EA sports. I’m very unhappy with this as I am unable to enjoy my FC24. Please who can help me out?
They destroyed my gaming experience and loyalty. Error with DS4 controller
It is the only game I use, I have played every title of the franchise , but I am losing my sanity because of the problem of my Controller, I play from my PC Laptop, with a PlayStation 4 controller (DualShock4) and my controller has some technical details like drift that your game does not allow to fix to fix the dead-zone of my JoyStick , for this I have to use a Virtual Controller to correct , I never play online because it seems to me a monogame experience, and now it turns out that the only game does not let me start the game because of the error “this software cannot be used at the same time as the game”. I want to clarify in my last months I have always played Offline career mode, but now I have destroyed the gaming experience because I can not start the game, with the virtual controller DS4Windows, and without it does not detect my controller, and if it does, does not allow to configure it correctly to fix my problem, I see no solution to the issue, and finally I want the refund of my money, as it is the only game that does not run me. Can’t access online features
I have now tried for a few days to gain access to the online features in FC 24. The game boots up fine, but says I need to reset my password because it has expired. I scan the QR code displayed on screen, change the code and so on. But nothing happens in the game. Any suggestions. I have tried uninstalling the game 2 times. And yes, I have PS plus
SBC not showing in my club
I’m currently having an issue with a fernado torres SBC I have completed. I had completed this SBC but now the player is not showing in my club. From previous posts I can see others have had the same issue and have contacted EA. I have done this also via web chat but the employee on the web chat has advised me to make a post for a community manager to be able to assist me. I’ve asked the employee how will this be resolved their answer has been they will report it but someone will get in contact with me via a community post. Please can someone assist me in this issue? As I’m not happy with the answers given from harsh. Please see photo evidence of our chat and also photo evidence that the SBC has been completed but the player not in my club. A video evidence was also given to the employee showing the issue.
