I’m Praying Somebody Can Help!
Hi guys, I hope somebody can help as I have just spent an hour on the live chat with somebody who wasn’t acknowledging what I was saying & kept telling me to come here. I have just redeemed 4 keys for The Sims 3 expansions on EA Play. They all said ‘redeemed successfully’ and 2 of them installed fine. 2 of them however (into the future & island paradise), took me to the product pages and are showing as ‘purchase for £XX.XX’ and there is no trace of them in my purchase history. I waited the recommended half hour before seeking help & still no success. The agent in the live chat confirmed that they were redeemed using my account but was refusing to acknowledge that I don’t have access to them and we spent the last hour going around in circles. I even asked to raise a complaint several times to be told effectively ‘I am going to help you but I can’t promise that you’ll receive any contact, please check social media channels’. I’m praying somebody here can put me in the right direction to access the products that I purchased. I would be incredibly grateful for any help 🙏12Views0likes0CommentsMissing expansion packs
I have been playing the Sims since 2000; I have purchased several packs and now the game is showing I have no packs, and I can't play. I have tried several attempts to correct this issue even contacting EA Sport via chat and nothing has worked. hello, am i the only one for whom ordering a sims pack is impossible? i wanted to profit from the promos to buy spa day but after trying 4 times, disabling my VPN, going to EA app AND the site, trying with PayPal instead, i always fail. So I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and if you had any advice. The purchase is marked as failed 4 times in my order history, my monetary limit has dropped from 83 to 58€ and I haven't received any order confirmation in mailbox. I got error messages when the application asked me to enter the credit card verification code. I also received two error codes: 54001 and 54005. So my two questions are: 1. Will I be charged, knowing that the purchases failed? 2. how do I get back to being able to buy a sims 4 pack on the EA app platform? thank you very much. i've cleared the cache and searched for an update; i've also restarted my computer._____WILD HEART BUG ERROR_____
WILD HEART BUG ERROR I bought the game — WILD HEART — and it only lets me access the main menu and the cinematic. But as soon as I start playing with the character, the game crashes and EA shows an error message saying to "try again later." I’ve been trying for weeks, and it's not a graphics issue or anything like that. I contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me, but nothing resolved the issue. In the end, they said the team would review it as a new unknown bug — and now I’m left empty-handed, without a fix, without a new key, just with the absurd hope that one day they’ll contact me and fix it. In the meantime, they suggested I post about the issue on the forum so that the team takes this situation seriously. What do you think… I play with an Intel i9-14700, RTX 4070, and 32GB of RAM. I run any AAA title flawlessly, and I have 11 games installed from EA — WILD HEART is the only one that crashes. I recently tried to redeem a code on the EA app but it sent me a weird message (I didn't manage to screenshot it) it said something along the lines of "you can't download this game as it's not present on you game hub" I clicked "ok" on the message twice, and that was it, I still didn't get the game and now if I try to redeem it it says it's already been redeemed. I have a problem. I can't buy an EA Play subscription on PS5. The website and the console itself are showing an error message: "An unknown error has occurred, please try again later." Hi there I tried to purchase two expansion packs of The Sims 4 (Seasons and Eco Lifestyle) in the EA app on my computer because of the Summer Sale action. When I added these two packs to my cart, the subtotal showed was € 31,98. When I wanted to complete my order, the total switched to € 79,98 (the original price of both packs). I added screenshots to this post. I reached out to the helpdesk. Unfortunately the person there couldn't help me and suggested me to write my feedback on this forum. The Summer Sale was until the 10th of July and at this moment it's still the 10th of July (at least, where I live). The person who tried to help me said the Community Manager would answer my post here at the forum. I really looked forward to download and use these packs, so I definitely hope there's any solution to this problem... Hi, so I bought EA play on my PS five a couple of days ago and I even have the subscription confirmation receipt. I looked it up and you should be able to access your EA play on all platforms no matter what you bought it on and yes, I am on the correct account. Please don’t say no bull**bleep** like that. I’m asking for answers not excuses defending EA. I have logged on and logged off. It’s still telling me to join now.
