Charged twice for the same game, not eligible for refund?
I got the Sims 2 Legacy Collection, but when I purchased the game the EA app crashed. Upon reopening the app, the game didn’t show as purchased or downloading. Thinking the game wasn’t purchased in the first place, I bought it again. I checked my bank account today and saw I was charged twice. I tried filling out the refund form I was directed to by the EA Help chat box, but it says that I have no games eligible for refund. How do I contact EA about this or go about getting a refund? Thanks!
Missing purchase
I made a purchase of packages for The Sims 4 on January 25th and until now it does not appear in my game. I have been in contact with EA via email for 1 week but no one solves anything and they always ask me for additional information that I have already provided. I keep going from one attendant to another and no one gives me a solution.
DLC not showing up in game
Hello everyone, I am having some trouble with my sims 4 DLC. I recently bought the Dine Out, Home Chef Hussle, & Sweet Slumber Party DLC. When I open my game & try to make a new game only the Sweet Slumber Party dlc shows up. I have uninstalled & installed the game many times & repaired it in the EA app but nothing is helping. If anyone has any idea how to fix this please help me!

Alright, EA, we need to talk because my Sims 4 experience has been a rollercoaster—and not the fun kind. First, the game tells me I’m not the administrator… except I am. Fine, after some deep dives into the forums, I find a fix. Crisis averted! But then, the game decides to gaslight me, claiming I don’t own my mod packs—despite them being installed. Whatever, at least the content still shows up, so I move on. Then, I make the grave mistake of opening the gallery. The game retaliates by murdering my internet, crashing EA, taking Discord down with it, and nearly crashing itself. If I’m willing to wait five minutes per item, I can eventually see the gallery, but at that point, I could probably knit my Sim a sweater in real life. And now, today’s brand-new nightmare: EA has apparently decided I own nothing. No Sims 4. No add-ons. Nothing. Just a blank slate as if I’ve never spent a dime. Which is particularly insulting because I just bought the Ranch expansion last night. I am beyond frustrated. Someone—preferably an EA rep—please fix my game so I can actually play what I paid for and finally ride my digital horses.
2x New Sims 4 Kits won't download
I have purchased the two new kits which released today, they are showing in my library but I am unable to download them. I have tried restarting the EA App, my PC, clearing cache, App recovery etc but nothing works.... I get a very brief pop up which says "calculating air speed velocity" but then nothing happens
