The IDEAL payment option no longer available. Why?
I always (and until the last kits) paid with the Ideal option within the EA app. It's gone now. Why is that? I can't use any of the other payment options offered. I'd like that option back, please. I don't know why EA removed it, didn't see any news about it. It's just gone. I wanted to pre-order Life and Death and now, I can no longer get anything so. Put it back, please EA!
Purchased Xbox Game Pass for PC but EA app thinks I don't have EA Play
Just purchased the Xbox game pass for PC (says it includes EA play) and when I get redirected to the EA app, it says I don't have EA play. I checked that my account is linked and even log into EA through xbox. I have tried to log in/out multiple times to see if it needed to be resynced but that didn't do anything. I'm not sure what to do. Any idea how to solve this?
EA/Origin SUCKS
I have had an origin account for a little over 15 years, I started with The Sims 2 and just recent bought The Sims 4 High School years. I have not had access to my account for over a year. I have not gotten any real help with the issue. I am seriously thinking about seeking legal action I have spent over $500 dollars and years of gameplay and none of my issues have been resolved. This new platform is awful They have had so many bugs and issues, and the system has gotten worse instead of better.

I have been using the EA Play Pro annual membership since 2023. I did not change my saved card or anything. I can't pay through the EA app or the website. Both give me this error: We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. I tried a 2 more credit cards that I use to pay for steam, both gave me the same error. I tried used 3 debit cards, also same error. 6 different cards did not work. The cards are all issued from the same country as my Country/Region in my account (Egypt). There are no other methods of payment available through the app/website. The only option is via Credit Card. And the problem is obviously from EA's end cause the cards are working in different platforms (I tried to verify). I tried seeking help from the online chat, they told me they can't help and left the chat 2 times today. The last one advised I find help here. At this point am contemplating moving on from EA and it's never ending problems.I don't like this app.
I bought ME:LE on Steam. I want to play it but I heard the EA app was buggy, ate money, and had privacy concerns. I thought to myself: "That sounds right about in line with EA." So I used the Origin workaround for a while until you guys dropped Origin. Now I can't play Mass Effect without being taxed somehow. Even though I already bought the game. I just won't then. You took away Mass Effect just like you took away the studio that made it. I miss EA from the 90's. I wish you guys cared about people and not just money. You won't get any more from me. -Disappointed gamer
