Adding a new form of practice for the game
I was discussing with my guild members and people on Reddit as to why we don’t have a friendly battle situation with our guild members we discussed it would be beneficial to have to see different counters towards certain squads and to see where we need to improve with certain squads and on top of that of course the bragging rights to see who’s the best of the best in the guild regarding PVP I really think the community would love some type of mode like this Can we make it happen Capital games please12Views0likes0CommentsCheater In my Fleet Arena
For the past week there’s been a cheater getting rank 1 in my fleet arena shard with a 2 star executrix and 4 star ships, going up again Leviathans, profundity’s and executors. I reported him in game when he first appeared but he’s not banned yet, and I’ve lost rank 1 rewards a couple times when he attacked me last second before payouts. His ally code is 261591816, and his swgoh.gg profile is https://swgoh.gg/p/261591816/ and bellow is a screenshot of proof of the fleet he’s using. is there another way I can report him so he finally gets banned.83Views1like0CommentsMace Windu not interacting with JMK correctly?
So essentially how it Mace Windus kit reads is when Mace gains taunt he dispels it and gains 2 stacks of resilient defense instead, and with the JMK lead Galactic Republic tanks perpetually gain taunt if they have protection and didn’t have taunt. So, I feel this should mean Mace SHOULD have a max stack of 8 resilient defense and always be taunting with protection like General Kenobi since he is converting those taunts given by JMK. This is not how it works in game though… in game he gains the 2 stacks of resilient defense at the start of battle and that’s it. He won’t gain anymore stacks unless it’s through his own kit. Only reason I bring this up is because it feels like Mace Was designed for a JMK team with his high health, turn meter swap, and the mentioned reaction with resilient defense the way it reads. But, he is hardly used in a JMK team simply because General Kenobi can perpetually taunt and Mace cannot even though the kits read like he should.58Views0likes0Commentsslave 1 first turn aoe?

The recent update weakened the viability and usefulness of the Moff Gideon and Eeth Koth Datacrons, and that is something that literally nobody on the forums was asking for, at least from what I could find. The developers release a brokenly powerful a Datacron for their new Great Mothers that could only be achieved by spending absurd amounts of money, only benefiting those who can spend hundreds of dollars on the game at the drop of a hat, a Datacron that needs super specific team compositions and specific Datacrons to have a chance of defeating, and yet they decide that two Datacrons that far more players can benefit from are over performing. These Datacrons are only good for a maximum of four months and lends a viability for often older and otherwise ignored units but the moment they work better than predicted, they are weakened and essentially rendered useless despite the fact there are easy enough ways to get around them. Instead of rewarding the theory crafting and ingenuity of players making the use of the resources they are given to their maximum potential, they are instead punished for it, potentially even making investments in units that they otherwise wouldn't, especially for Eeth Koth, pointless and frustrating. I call on the developers to reverse the Datacron changes this latest update pushed out, it only hurts players and sheds the company in a negative light, that only those who can pay to win can have nice things instead of giving everybody the equal and fair chance to actually compete. I apologize for this lengthy rant, but it is bad optics in my opinion to downgrade something many players have actually been able to make use of while allowing the broken Great Mothers Datacron to reign untouchable by so many.412Views10likes3CommentsWhat is done about hackers/how often are they banned?
So we have a hacker in Squad Arena and, not in my bracket but in another, Fleet Arena. I do not know if that player/account also hacks in GAC (and yes, there is no way that this player wins with their roster against all the other top teams in any normal way, the units are totally underdeveloped, and so are their mods, and as the roster is below gear 12 let alone relics, so datacrons are not the issue either (top teams have datacrons and relic teams with propper mods). I reported the hacker, over a month ago, but this person/account is still there every day getting top places with a roster which is in no way capable of beating the teams it beats. I guess it just takes a while for EA/CG to do something against it, but how long does it usually take until they ban those players?Solved154Views1like1CommentFeature Request: Skirmishes
The idea of a skirmish would be similar to TW in that you would sign up to participate, though it could also be like RotE where the entire guild is automatically involved and it goes right into setup phase. However there would be only two units to place per person. Each participant would place one unit on defense, and one unit on offense. But, you cannot place a character that someone else has already placed. This would be a different way to plan, coordinate, and create teams by cherry picking a couple units from everyone's rosters to form waves of teams. You set it all up as waves for both your offense and your defense. When it begins, everyone in the guild gets one attempt at offense with every wave. You must battle in the wave order your guild set up and see how far you could get into the opponent's defensive waves, earning banners depending on how well you do offensively, but also defensively. Highest individual score during an attempt wins. This would certainly require rng and luck, but also force people to reconsider their strategies. For the sake of simplicity let's give an example with two guilds of 50 members each. This would be 10 waves for defense and 10 for offense. Guild A might have a starting offensive wave made up of: Guildmember 1's JMK, Guildmember 2's CAT, etc This would mean since Guildmember 1 placed JMK that no other offensive or defensive wave would have a JMK from anyone else, and the only other unit from Guildmember 1 would be in a defensive wave. So if a guild mate doesn't show up and place a unit, there's a missing spot. Guilds can try to prepare for this if they use teams with fewer characters, such as Darth Bane. If the JMK team wins against the first wave made up of LV, they roll right into the second wave against CLS, and continue until they are defeated. At which point offense wave 2 comes in and fights until they are no longer available, then offense wave 3, etc. Let's say that each wave won nets 10 points offensively, and 10 points defensively, but also each undefeated offensive wave nets 10 additional points. Maximum score of 300 points. If the JMK team doesn't survive, but the second team finishes the skirmish, the guild would get 90 points for surviving teams, 100 points for all waves defeated, and if the defense holds at wave 8, then they would also get 30 points for having 3 surviving defensive teams. For a total of 220 points. I've also considered the idea that instead of waves, guildmates would each place a unit on offense and one on defense. Similar to the above, but not in formed teams. And as one unit dies another would randomly replace them. This would up the challenge a bit, but might also cause issues with large character placement (like Jabba) when joining the battle, or cause issues with more than one GL to join the team in the battle. So teams seem to make the most sense. My current thoughts would be to keep datacrons out of this. But maybe place a datacron in place of a unit. Strengthens one wave while weakening another. I'm also wondering what omicron possibilities could come from this. What are thoughts on this idea? If you enjoy the idea, how would you improve upon it? If you dislike it, is there anything you would change to improve it - or is it just another new game mode to take up more of our time?54Views0likes1CommentNERF SLKR!
Am I the only one who believes SLKR needs to have his ultimate nerfed? No other GL can drop their ultimate back-to-back-to-back-to-back and essentially be completely invincible from the moment they first pop their ult, all while dishing out obscene amounts of ever-increasing damage. I would love to see some sort of balance here, perhaps at least a two turn ult cooldown, or make SLKR susceptible to debuffs such as armor shred even during his ult, or a slower initial charge rate, or SLKR gains ult charge at half the rate after the first use... really anything to break up his infinite cycle of indefinitely being in his ult. IMO, he wasn't that great in the movies (see SLKR defeated by an entirely untrained Rey) and he certainly shouldn't be top dog in the game.812Views1like17Comments
