"Kicked from FUT squad editing (Steam PC)"
Dear EA Sports FC 26 Support Team,
I have a persistent issue: when attempting to edit my Ultimate Team squad (Squad → Replace/Quick Sell any player), the game kicks me back to the main menu. I can access FUT menus normally.
**SYSTEM INFO:**
- Windows 11, Steam PC version
- Router: Iskratel RT-GM-3 (Rostelecom ISP)
- Public IP address confirmed (CGNAT disabled by ISP)
- Stable internet connection, 20-40ms ping
**TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED (5+ hours):**
1. ✅ Steam file verification — 3 files redownloaded
2. ✅ EA App full cache clear
3. ✅ Windows network reset
4. ✅ Windows Firewall completely disabled
5. ✅ Port forwarding on RT-GM-3: UDP 3659, 14000, TCP 3478-3480 to 192.168.0.100 (static IP)
6. ✅ UPnP enabled
7. ✅ DMZ enabled for 192.168.0.100
8. ✅ ExitLag tested (Europe/Russia servers)
9. ✅ EA Background Service restarted
**RESULTS:** Issue persists. Ports 3659, 14000 show CLOSED on yougetsignal.com.
**SYMPTOMS:**
- Ultimate Team loads successfully
- Crash ONLY occurs when editing squad composition
- Other game modes work perfectly
