My EA Account got Hacked and EA help system is not helping
So the ea help system is pretty bad. I got my account hacked and the hackers changed the email so when I try logging in or reseting the password, it tells me to get the code from the hacked email account. I going online to see if I can retreive so I go to this ea help website. All the customer help articles don't really help and they only tell you instructions on how to reset passwords, two step authenticator, etc, and if I want to get more help I need to sign in into my EA account which I don't have access over ugh. I try the contact us, but it gives me a flipping ai which doesn't help at all and only brings me to the help forum page which I can arleady access?? And when I try contacting actual people I have to sign in!? So after a long search, I get access to this customer serve page. I get proof of buying FC24 and everything and try sending it to a team but I have to log in for it. I have enough so I create an ea account and the page takes me to a 1 on 1 chat. It tells me to wait 9 minutes which I'm fine with so I wait. And I wait, and I wait for 30 minutes which is why I have the freetime to type this forum right now. Please EA I've tried everything please help me get my account backAI BOT
I decied to buy a football game after many yaers. Wanted to take a long brake from CS:GO - CS 2. After a full month of remembering the game, i can say that i am in a very good level. Now to the point, Playing against AI bots (i play only seasons, 11 thousand online, but i play vs AI. HAHAHA EA 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 ) that they use all the possible ways to score and perfectly defending even in my coutner attacks i find it terrible. I really wish to the team (people) who found this as a solution for online gaming to find their families dead as soon as possible. And to themselves real CANCER. i almost broke my 130 euros mouse and my 60 euros controller because of cancers like you. EVERY DAY CANCER IN YOUR BODY TILL YOU DIE. CANCER CANCER CANCER UNLIMITED. 10000 times to play CS premier with 1 in 4-5 games against cheaters than this terrible football awful game. You can't even enjoy when you win. Now i needed 1 point to stay alive in division 1 and of course the game decided to get me in an infinite loop in half time so i have to force close it and lose the game and fall in division 2. AI Robotic moves that they defend ultra perfect, that they attack ultra perfect, that they guess your pass even before you pass, that they move instantly when the game detects that i move the left stick. Hello, I am reporting a serious issue regarding my FC 26 Ultimate Edition purchase on Steam. I have not received my 4600 FC Points. I have already contacted Steam Support (Ticket HT-4PCT-96TP-RV6R), and they officially confirmed that the purchase was successful and that the delivery of in-game content is EA's responsibility. However, EA Chat Support (Case #241880449 and #241855042) claims they only see the Standard Edition on their end and refuse to manually grant the points, even though I provided full-screen proof of the Ultimate Edition purchase. This is a clear synchronization error between Steam and EA. I am looking for a Community Manager to help me fix this entitlement issue manually. EA Sports FC 24 closes silently at main menu – Secure Boot & TPM enabled
Hello, I am reporting a persistent crash issue with EA Sports FC 24 on PC using the Steam version. The game launches correctly, EA AntiCheat initializes without visible errors, the splash screen completes, and the game reaches the main menu, but after a short moment in the menu the game closes silently with no error message or crash dialog. This happens on every launch. My system is correctly configured with Secure Boot enabled, TPM 2.0 enabled and ready, Windows running in UEFI mode on a GPT disk, and the game installed on an NVMe M.2 SSD. EA AntiCheat is installed correctly, the service exists, and it loads during startup. All local troubleshooting has been fully completed including full game reinstall via Steam, EA App reinstall and recovery, EA App cache reset, complete EA AntiCheat uninstall and reinstall, reset of the local Documents profile folder, verification of correct Steam to EA App launch order, clean system restarts, BIOS verification with CSM disabled and Secure Boot enabled, and TPM verification via tpm.msc. The issue persists exactly the same after all of the above. The crash occurs only after AntiCheat initialization and after reaching the main menu, which strongly suggests a server-side or EA account cloud profile issue rather than a local configuration problem. EA Support has indicated that the game behavior is server automated and that further local troubleshooting is not applicable. If other players are experiencing similar silent menu shutdowns on PC, especially with Secure Boot and TPM enabled, please reply or upvote so this can be linked to an existing internal issue. I purchased FC24 licence for EA app to play it with my son on the lounge TV via Steam Link. and whatever I tried, I can't make Xbox controllers working there. It works locally with XBox controller, but not remotely via Steam Link. There is this article saying the jawelin has support for Steam client, so I assume Steam Link too. EA Javelin Anticheat & Recent Software Blocks | EA Forums - 12218073 I think that Javelin is blocking the Steam Input overlay. Anyone managed to make it working?No app associated with file?!
Hello , I haven't been able to open my EAFC 24 for a month . Every time I wanna start my game ,it always shows"There is no app associated with this file to perform this operation . Please install an app , and if an app is already installed , create an association in the "Default App Settings"page". How to deal with this problem ?I am gonna be crazy !!! Hi, I recently re downloaded the game from Steam on my new computer after having not played for almost 18 months. It's now been 15 hours since I completed the download and everytime I try to open the game it says that it is impossible due to an error on EA's side. Do you have any ideas why ? Do you know who I should contact to get informations ?The game stopped working after a year
What's the point of buying a game you can't play anymore after a year? I tried in many ways make this game work. It just don't starts. I wanna be able to play it offiline just like when people get a pirate version of it. I just want to have fun. And if it's not possible to do that, I wanna refund this game.
