Are they ever going to do anything about smurfs the only people I’ve lost to in ranked this season has been smurfs and I’ve demoted once due to it and my ranked ladder is just smurfs this season feels the worse for smurfs especially boosting I can’t name the last game that I’ve not died to a Smurf
I used to think that all smurfing was bannable, but unfortunatly it turns out that that is not the case.
Hideouts posted about smurfing in May 2021 and afaik the situation hasn't changed:
He was asked the question:
"So does this mean I can get banned for doing the “Solo to masters in all legend”?
He answered:
" No. This is intended for players that abuse the system and create new accounts consistently to farm lower level lobbies. Having one smurf to do a grind like that will not get you banned"
"All I ask is that everyone do not abuse it. It truly is unfair to lower level player to have to deal with this. I will ban if I see anyone consistently in lower level lobbies on a smurf."
So that, at least, tells you the type of smurf you can legitimately report.
