Subject: Incorrect Ranked Reward – Predator Badge Missing

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Apex Legends ranked rewards.

During this season, I played on both PC and Nintendo Switch 2, with both platforms linked to the same EA account.

I reached Diamond rank on PC, but I reached Predator rank on Nintendo Switch 2.

My accounts were already linked when I achieved Predator rank.

However, after the season ended and the ranked rewards were distributed, I only received the Diamond ranked badge instead of the Predator badge.

Could you please investigate my ranked progression on Nintendo Switch 2 and help me receive the correct Predator ranked badge?
