[CLOSED] Blast From the Past: Study Historical Display not appearing
I'm trying to study a historical display at the museum for the event and no matter what I click all I get is view with Emits picture on it. I've tried all my museums. I even took out my mods and repaired the game and still the same thing. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title
“Blast From The Past” event (week 3) - “Repair or Replace the computer” problem
After completing the Time Travel Component interaction on a PC, the computer breaks and the next quest item is to repair that computer. When hovering over the task, the listed suggestions are to repair, replace or hire a repairman service. HOWEVER, I selected the “insta-repair” option as my sim has level 10 handiness and that doesn’t seem to be compliant with the task. So I have a non-broken PC and this outstanding task. Planning on putting the PC out next time it rains and see if that breaks it again. In the meantime, any suggestions on what else I can do? (At the very least hopefully this can be a warning for others who are yet to start this week’s event!) SOLVED! After a couple of in-game days, the task resolved itself on its own, appearing with a pop up “Computer Back Online” (“Whew! That was indeed close. The computer is available again, and the Time Travel Component is intact and back in place.”)Solved
[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery
When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but no matter what I do I get the same pop up. Ive tried claiming them from the menu and live mode. Nothing seems to be working. This is to ensure players who experienced console connectivity issues during the limited-time event can continue to participate in quests and claim their rewards. Unknown What is your current game version number? 1.109.185.1030 DX11 What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Activate the Scare Seeker lot challenge What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, I think the lot challenge is supposed to do something What do you expect to see? A spooky lot challenge of some kind idk Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No Just making this bug report as I haven't had anything happen in relation to this lot challenge in my game for several hours since I unlocked and activated the trait.
