Summon the grim reaper for event not working.

I'm up to the step where I need to summon the grim reaper in the event reward, I have summoned him 3 times, twice with jet jewerly, once with a sim death and niether is triggering the event, I don't play with mods.&nbsp;

You are meant to summon him with the claimed item, the Grimophone. You can claim that by clicking on the cartoon Grim icon by the event details at the top left when in live mode. You can then find the item in BB in the Electronics area.
