Piccolo Mondo inspired by the Cinque Terre, Italy
I am very pleased to finally introduce you to 'Piccolo Mondo' a small world that has been in the making for quite some time and was inspired by the beautiful Cinque Terre, Italy. It has been filled with quaint colourful buildings of Liguria and Tuscany and I very much hope it'll be a world full of fun for you and your sims. Piccolo Mondo means 'small world' in Italian and although it is a small map it will hopefully provide sims with most things they may need to either live and work here permanently or enjoy as a holiday destination. Some but not all rabbit holes are present, most are accessible via basements of multifunctional lots and will provide your sims with plenty of job opportunities if required and lots of other entertainment. All EPs and SPs (except Sweet Treats) were activated while building. Monte Vista and other store content has been used and would be beneficial for the Italian look but is not necessary for gameplay. Piccolo Mondo is unpopulated but will fill up with game generated sims fairly quickly because of the small size. NPCs have a choice of accommodation too. 😀 Translation from English to Italian had to be via Google Translate as I have only rudimentary knowledge of this beautiful language ... so please forgive any mistakes or misunderstanding. No 3rd party CC has been used! P.S.: A big 'Thank You!' to soocoolsim and Sandraelle for checking out Piccolo Mondo before I uploaded to the Exchange and their kind suggestions for improvements 😊 And finally here is the download link: Piccolo Mondo TS3 Exchange Have fun and Happy Simming 😁239Views9likes12CommentsI need help
Okay, I bought sims 3 dragon valley golden edition, but it didn't install. I ended up buying the standard edition to see if that would work but it didn't work either. I looked up the issue and saw that I have to download it from the website apparently, but it just wants me to buy it again. The specific issue that I'm looking for help though is that no verification codes are being sent to my emails, so I can't get refunds. When I tried setting up a second email that code also wasn't sent and when I tried to log in to my EA account on my browser that code also didn't send my way. I've tried to contact EA help a million times, but I haven't heard anything back and I can't contact an advisor. Has anyone had these issues with EA help system, verification codes, or Sims 3 and give me advice or another way to contact EA?Launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3
Game launcher crashes when I open the downloads tab in Sims 3, maybe someone has ideas how to fix this problem. I play in Mac. I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled but unfortunately it didn't help. I bought a new world - Roaring Heights Gold Edition but I can't download it in my game when launcher crashes.3KViews13likes86Comments[Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install
Overview This guide is for registering and installing standalone worlds from the Sims 3 Store, specifically those bought with money. That list includes Dragon Valley, Hidden Springs, Monte Vista, Roaring Heights, and sometimes Barnacle Bay. If you bought a Store world with SimPoints and it's not appearing in your purchase history on the Store site, please contact EA customer support and request that the SimPoints from the failed purchase be added back to your account. How to register a Store world jump to: My code doesn't work jump to: I can't install the world When you purchase a standalone Sims 3 world from Origin or the EA App, you should receive an email confirmation from EA. If you don't see this, check your spam filter. This email should include one product code per item, as shown here in the blacked-out red box: IMPORTANT: Some players have reported finding their product codes on ea.com, under Account Settings > Order History, so please look there as well. If you never received this email and it's not in your spam folder, please contact EA customer support. https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ You'll want the live chat option, not email, so you can explain the issue to a real person in real time. If you don't see the live chat option, try again in a private browsing window (or another browser), and continue as a guest rather than signing in. Otherwise, go to this site: https://store.thesims3.com/ Sign in with the same email address and password that you use for other EA sites, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Redeem a Code." Enter the code you've received, and the world should appear in your account. You can then download it from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or its product page. https://store.thesims3.com/worldProductDetail.html?categoryId=12642 ↑ My code doesn't work If you are sure you've never used this code, but the Store site tells you it's invalid or already been redeemed, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for a refund. https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ I strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. Or use a private browsing window, or a different browser, and continue as a guest rather than signing in. If EA support doesn't help, please say so in this thread. If support does help, please post anyway letting me know what world(s) caused the issue so we can look for patterns. ↑ I can't install the world If you're getting the "there are no packages to install" error, please see this post: Re: Sims 3 Launcher "There are no packages to install" | EA Forums - 11190163 The standard way to download a world is to go to its product page or open your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History), then click the Download button. If this isn't working for you, try a different browser. Firefox generally works best with the Store site. It is generally unnecessary to sign into the launcher before attempting to download or install Store content. However, this has helped some players, so it's worth trying. Mac users only: if you see an Error Downloading Content {0}, please repair the game in Origin, restart your computer, and try again. If the world still won't download properly, try a clean Sims 3 user folder. Rename the existing "The Sims 3" folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, and try to download only that world. If it works, you can move the downloaded world from the new Sims 3 folder to the old one you renamed, trash the new folder, and change the old one's name back to "The Sims 3." Downloaded Store items are found in the Downloads subfolder and have the extension .Sims3Pack. Be sure to delete any older downloads of the world before moving over the fresh copy. If the world downloads properly but doesn't install, please try a clean Sims 3 user folder as well. Rename the existing "The Sims 3" folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, open the launcher to create a new folder, download only that world, and try to install it. If this works, you can install the rest of your Store content into that folder, then move over your saves and any other files you'd like to keep. Please see this guide for a list. If reinstalling all of your Store content would be a burden, or you're confused about another part of this process, please ask for further help in this thread. ↑15KViews7likes618CommentsSims 3 - Dragon Valley Gold Edition - Not Showing

Some time back I bought: - The Barnacle Bay pack. - The pack that includes both Monte Vista and Hidden Springs. I redeemed the code, and it let me have Barnacle Bay and Monte Vista, but not Hidden Springs. Have any of you ever had an experience that was similar to this one? If you did, what was the solution (if it was one)?37Views0likes3CommentsMy Expansion and Stuff isn't showing up!
Good afternoon everyone! I've been having a bit of an issue with my Sims 3 game. This has been going on for the past 3 months now and I've even tried reaching out to EA and see if their tech support can help. Anyways, I go to launch my Sims 3 game and all of a sudden, none of my expansion packs or stuff have been showing up in the "Expansion & Stuff" tab. I have all the expansion packs, but for whatever reason, its not showing up. When you click on "Install Packs" like you're supposed to if you don't see any of your expansion packs, it doesn't do anything. All it will do is relaunch the EA app and that thing is telling me that it's been downloaded. Before when we used to have Origin, when you clicked on it, you'd see the expansion pack and you could easily put the expansion packs on the game, but we all know they did away with Origin and pulled the plug on it a few years ago. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the EA app, clearing the cache for the EA app, running that repair, checking for updates for both the game and app, logging in and out, changing my password, etc. I also checked if my account was suspended or blocked and my activation codes are good. I even tried having me run the file as administrator and that wouldn't work. I even tried using the CC Cleaner thing too. None of them seem to work and my game still won't recognize my expansion packs and stuff. It's still blank. My computer is a PC and it meets all of the system requirements too to run it. Can someone please help fix it? I even have a screen shot of the blank tab I keep seeing when I launch it and to show you guys what it says. It's taken me 3 months to fix it because I've been working 60-80 hours a week and had to try to fix it on the few days I did have off.Solved91Views1like7CommentsEA Update Causes Sims 3 WA to Crash
Hi, I've been playing through Sims 3 World Adventures regularly for the past few months. The update happened today for one, reset all of my game settings (Ageing, Notifications, Pop-Ups for Signing-In, Graphics, Etc.), and lastly, when I return home from an adventure, my game completely closes and crashes without saving. This was not happening until today. The game is now unplayable to complete the expansion because of this new bug. I play with no addons, no cheats, I made no changes, all that changed was whatever EA updated today.36Views0likes1Comment
