I am not complaining, I am just a player with not too much time to play. And LOVE this game. This was the most boring PTA I've ever played. We had surplus resources such as Tiberium, Crystal, Command Points and attack repair time. The energy generation was extremely low which took a lot of time for a test server. 98% of the time was spent waiting for energy generation to upgrade structures, defense and attack. For a battle game, just staring at the screen and doing nothing is ridiculous. Even if the server setup for energy generation increased to three times, the game would still be monotonous, boring just looking at the game screen. More than a month just attacking outposts, boring, waiting for energy generation. The PTE was made public for testing by players by the developers. It's primary purpose was to test out changes in a 'live' environment after thorough testing on the internal test worlds. The intention is that it will not be 'played' in the same way as production worlds but will be the source for reports of bugs that have been missed by the development team. All reports made here and via other routes are looked into and an attempt to reproduce the bug or issue that has been reported. Sometimes the development team may ask for further details or give a method for getting further detail via your browser. Each PTE will be taken down eventually and a fresh start made on a new one when the needs of the developers justify such a move. It has happened that those needs precede the killing of the fortress and the timing of the replacement or removal of a PTE is soley at the discretion of the developers.1.9KViews3likes1CommentPTE MALFUNTION
PTE Issue Developers Please Look . Once again our alliance is up for the Fort in the PTE server . Just as last session we were up , the FORT has Malfunctioned and has put targets on all of our alliance ? There is a movement cheat and it can be accessed in 3 ways: 1) via the options menu (bottom right of screen) - to operate the cooldown on a particular base you need to know it's 'number'. Your first base is 0 (zero), the second base is 1 etc (ie like a number of computer systems it counts from 0) 2) via a script on tampermonkey or greasemonkey: Here is a link: https://github.com/leo7044/CnC_TA/blob/master/PTE_CheatScript.user.js To install you need to have either Tampermonkey or Greasemonkey installed (depending on the browser you use). Hello Testers! We are resetting the PTE! Reset will occur on December 18, 2023, between 7:00 - 11:00 UTC. All progress in the world will be reset. Settings that will be kept: World size (800x800) Forgotten attacks Cheats (keep the resetmovecooldown cheat) Setting that will change: level cap at 65 and NPCs accordingly (down from 85 in the current PTE) POI boost to 100% (down from 150% in the current PTE) Lake percentage to 10% (down from 25% in the current PTE) Thank you for your time and effort, testers! Can someone explain this 'Bugfix: When players perform a sector jump, they could end up in an area which they may not be able to leave.'? Does this mean you end up further back in the sector you choose? If I jump from, say level 40 area in the East, to the South - where the forgotten have fully respawned from 10-45 where will I end up with my bases that can shoot level 30? Hi! I don't know if anyone mentioned this before, but I just noticed it and wanted to mention it in case no one else had mentioned it. If you go to the world map and hover over a base, it gives you information about the base: player, level, etc. The information is displayed above the base where the mouse pointer is pointing. What happens if the marked base is too high?
