Changed email address for main account and it was used for another account
Hey everyone, I am after ideas...I didn't realise you could not use the same email address for 2 different handles...I have changed my email address (as my old one no longer exists) on my main account and it is the same as the one on my other account... How do I retrieve the smaller account?Everytime I put in that email address it comes up with my main account... I have a PC that I've NEVER put online, running Win XP Pro (32-bit version: 5.1.2600 SP3, build: 2600) with an AMD Athlon 64 3700+ Processor, nor will I ever put it on the internet. When trying to run INSTALL.EXE on the CD, I'm getting this message, "Unable to load SETUP.MIX file from CD-ROM disk. Press any key after inserting CD_ROM disc or press ESC to exit." Mind you, the CD is in the drive, which is how I was able to click on the INSTALL.EXE file. With Windows Explorer, I can clearly see the SETUP.MIX file. Has anyone had the same issues while installing the game? When I installed the original C&C The First Decade CD ROM, but when I tried to get the game started, my iMac doesn't seem to support it. The CD ROM box says Windows OS...no Mac so I'm assuming I would need something to make it work. I then went to the EA website and I was able to download and install the EA App and I found the game under "All EA games under one roof" catalog, strategy genre. However, when I select the any of the C&C options, I get the following error when trying to upload the page: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading http://www.ea.com (see browser console for more information)." Initial views I've received after a short time on the new PTE is that the new setting makes very little or no difference as the bases attacked by players are typically outside the range where the downing of morale of the forgotten bases is effective. At the start of this PTE the players I've discussed this with have been attacking bases 6-7 levels above their offense level. This setting maybe useful where there are no POI's on the world as it provides a boost that POI's typically would provide. So question, why at my previous rank was i earning more SP per hour ( 30/hr and 720/day ) now when i reached Major rank i am at 22.1 per hour and 531 per day. Also what is the message supply point bonus for low level players granted ? I was un aware of the penalty for ranking up. Hello testers! We will reset PTE on Tuesday, April 21st between 6:00 a.m. UTC and 10:00 a.m. UTC. This means all progress will be deleted and everyone will start from scratch. The configuration will be changed to no Forgotten attacks and no morale malus. Instead, we will test a new feature called "morale boost". In short, it works opposite from what you are used to in terms of the morale mechanic. Your troops gain a boost when fighting against enemies slightly above your offense level. The boost ranges from up to 25% increase, for offenses up to 1 level above, down to 0% boost for an opponent 6 level above yours. These values are subject to change and we will use the PTE to finetune these values depending on your feedback on PTE over the coming days. We thank every tester for their time and effort committed. Purchased at Epic PC. LOAD GAME always gery out then I found saved games in Mission Select. But after I restart the game, everything's gone including saved progress, bonus galley etc. Searched online, below's what I tried but never sorted it out. Heyho guys , on the Tiberium 71 in our Farm Area a weird LvL 1 Camp spawned. When clicking on it , it causes the game to break down forces to reload. How is that possible? Neither a lvl 1 Camp is possible to spawn nor can it bring such issues. It´s no big problem for us as we can just ignore it , but an explanation would be nice to have as we have never seen something like this before. How often does this happen in the forums on where a spam message has been left for at least 6 hours? Hi all Bit of a strange one that I've never seen before, and neither have my friends in game. Yesterday (9/4/26) I tried opening an infected camp to hit it, but it wouldn't open on Tib 68. I could view it on cnctaopt, but couldn't open it in game. I found I couldn't open any camp, outpost or base, including my own. When my friends used my sub they could open everything OK, and when I used their sub on my PC I could open theirs. This morning I opened my account on world 49, and everything worked fine, but I still have exactly the same problem on world 68 ..... nothing opening. I can't attack anything. Hi everyone, I am a long-time fan and legal owner of the physical Command & Conquer Generals Deluxe Edition and Zero Hour. Since my current PC does not have a disk drive, I wanted to have these legacy games entitled to my EA account. I have contacted live support twice today (Case #242030733). I provided high-resolution photos of my original discs, the box, and the serial keys. I even included a personalized note with my name, date, and email in the photo to prove I physically own the items right now. Shockingly, both advisors (Niranjan and Parpaj) insisted that I must contact the "retailer" for a receipt. This game was purchased nearly 23 years ago (around 2003)! It is physically impossible for any retailer (like D&R in Turkiye) to provide a receipt after two decades. I find this request very unreasonable for a legacy product. I am attaching my proof of ownership here. Can a Community Manager please look into this case and help me add these classics to my library? I just want to play the games I legally own.
