Request about 'Follows & Notifications' section in forums
Hi, EA team Every time I unfollow a thread that interests me as that was resolved or fixed, I'm sent back to the first page of the list, which is very annoying. Is it possible to change this behavior or to allow me to select by page number? Currently, the pages are sent sequentially, so as the list grows, it takes a very long time. [Known issue] Error viewing and downloading attachments

No option to change avatar for forums
Hi, I've seen posts saying to use EA Help to be able to change the avatar but there is nothing in the help section about changing avatars for forums. I followed the directions given in google but all I see is a gray smiley face and nothing can be clicked or edited. EA entire website SLOW on Firefox browser
Please kindly fix this issue. Happens only on this browser, tested without any extensions, still occurs. Most parts and sections loads painfully slow and takes the clicking ability away. Not going to switch my browser because it is occurs only on EA main and sub websites. Can barely post anything or read on new ea forums. I think that pesky emoji addon integrated onto forums is the reason, who knows. Latest build of everything on my computer including GPU drivers clean install and Windows 10 22h2. Installed via DDU clean install including AMD chipset drivers everything. It is occurs only on EA site anyways. Older forums and Origin was working just fine. Don't change things that is not needed to change in the first place honestly. It took EA to fix major issues with EA app MONTHS. God knows when they fix this too. The forum is maxing out everyone's CPU
For some reason the forums are maxing out the CPU on my Google Pixel 7 smartphone and Windows 11 Intel i7-8700K desktop. In Windows Task Manager one of the CPU cores is maxed out at 100% usage while browsing the forums. All the forum pages are slow and laggy due to the maxed out CPU. It seems like there's a JavaScript bug causing everyone's CPU to max out. This is happening with the latest version of Google Chrome Web Browser on Windows 11 and Android 16.Solved76Views0likes5Comments

Help with posting a story on the forums
I don't know where else to ask this but can anyone help me out? I created the initial post for a new challenge I'm doing, then pressed reply to post the first chapter. That worked, however every time I press reply to post the first chapter, I get the warning "Media Upload in Progress" and it won't do anything. [Sims 4 Bug Forum] - Adding "Awaiting Additional Reports" Category to Sidebar
Hi, Around 600 bug reports have been moved to a new category for the Sims 4, called "Awaiting Additional Reports". While I understand the purpose of the new category, it hides many bug reports and it's not as accessible anymore as before. Tried opening a more specific version of this and you guys just moved it to a different forum, so trying again. how do we actually get someone to pay attention to the players of a game and their needs/critical issues? Can't delete post I created that no one has commented on
I created a post a month or so ago about something in a game. I've figured out what I asked in the post on my own in due course, no one has commented on the post (including myself) or liked/voted for it, so I would assume that I should be able to delete the post? However, I've clicked delete on the post options multiple times (over multiple days) and nothing happens. I've resorted to reporting the post as the only way to get rid of it. I don't understand why I can't delete my own post if no one has interacted with it. Unable to authenticate on EA Forums
Hi, For several days now, I'm not able to authenticate to EA Forums on most of my devices. This PC I'm using now is the only one (It's my work computer) who can but I think it still have cookies. On my personal computers, I could connect just by clicking on connexion button but now I'm asked to authenticate (I suppose cookies hav expired), I enter my email and password but it doens't work at all, all I have is a page with an error message about not being possible to authenticate. Of course, I have clean caches, reboot, try several browsers, accept cookies again, etc. My EA account works fine on other EA websites and in EA App but not on the forums. I'm in France (sorry for my english) so I thought my country was bannished but it doesn't work with Opera's VPN either.
