Madden 24 inability to launch game via Gamepass
Have EA Play on game pass ultimate but can't play any version of Madden 24 that is available. Says I'm not signed into the downloading account but only one account on the Xbox and its the same one I have used to play both Madden 24 and MLB 24 but Madden no longer works. Problem signing in

Virtual Controller error
This morning I went to play Madden 24 on my PC, I received a This software cannot be used at the same time as the game Virtual Controller error. Its the first time I have received this error. I use DS4 for Windows with a PS3 Dualshock controller. If I close DS4 then Madden 24 will load, if i restart DS4 Madden 24 will close. I have tried the gpedit fix where you disable Virtualisation but it did not work. Are there any other fixes? Like I said, its been working fine up to today. ThanksSolved953Views0likes3Comments
Auction house ban.
I was banned for completing a madden set for a player for my theme team. the players needed for the Set are overpriced due to others in the community trying to earn Mut currency as well I was only trying to better my theme team by normal means and I did not mean to break the rules set by the game at all the cards needed were overpriced for the set I did not intentionally break the rules of the game there has been a mistake I only tried to finish the miles Garret , Joe Mixon , Sam Laporta sets for my theme team the cards were very expensive because people in the community try to earn coins back from a card I will not ever do another in game set again Please please allow me full access to my account again this is the only time I have ever been banned for something like this in madden history i only face overpriced cards when i am doing in game sets please please unlock my auction house please.Solved417Views0likes3CommentsEAPlay app crashes on launching Madden 2024

Just randomly started stuttering out of nowhere
Madden has been fine, but ~1.5 weeks ago, I started to get a giant stutter ~once per drive, where It was at 2 seconds per frame for 3 seconds and then it went at double speed for 3 seconds, with me having no way to control it for both parts. This happened offline, online, and even on the menus (although for offline and the menus, it didn't have the speedup after the stutter). Today I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing the settings to the absolute lowest, and clearing the EA app cache but it got worse, once per literal play, the game was unplayable. I played madden24 on pc till december. I stopped and now i am back - but i cant play anymore. First - the game start takes now up to 5 minutes (it usually took just seconds). The reason - as far as i can see - he cant connect to ea -> thats what he is saying, but why? I repaired, deinstalled, reinstalled, tried a different hard disk, killed the cache from ea app, tried a different pc - I am not banned - never was (yes i checked) - servers are up and running. But my game cant connect. Its not the windows firewall, Its not the usual stuff (studied informatics, I can deal with usual EA bugs, but this is not obvious to me.... dont know what it is - but I will not buy 25, when not even 24 is running anymore... ) From germany, so ... if you want to speak german, thats my language #1 😉 Hint: Its not a problem with my account - logged in with right now, I can play all games except madden24 // nfs, nfs heat, BF - no problems. Its not the PC specs - it was working perfectly // highest settings // before - its way above what is needed - and all other games still run perfectly - its only this one game. I tried all the basic stuff - I tried every hint you can find here - they all failed. Madden 24 in game freezes and glitches
Why’s Madden 24 on series x always freezing and glitching on h2h online? Seems to happen after I’ve gone on a win streak. Then the game will play slower and lag badly on my next 4-5 games and I’ll go on a 4 or 5 game loosing streak. Same issues been happening for last few years. Getting old EA. Gotta be a coding issue. Missing 97 OVR Redzone Royale cards from Binder
When I logging into MUT this morning all the prebuilt 97 OVR Redzone Royale cards were gone from my binder. I had at least 24 97 OVR cards and they were all locked to assure I wouldn't sell, put into sets are use them for anything except making the 99 OVR Rookie Premiere cards for transferring to Madden 25 MUT. PS4 Network error "In order to access the online features for this title..."
As soon as I launch Madden 23, I receive the following error: "In order to access the features for this title your account on PSN must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers." If I click the 3 dots in the bottom-right corner and choose "EA Account," I get another error: "Warning: Unknown login error occurred." I have rebooted, verified updates were installed, logged off/on my account and waited a week--nothing. Online support couldn't figure it out. They had me reset my password, disconnect from my home WIFI and connect to my phone's mobile hotspot (that one was interesting)--nothing worked. I verified that my PSN ID is linked to my EA Account. The rep started to question if something was wrong with my PSN account or my internet connection. There is no problem with either. I have no problem with any other game. My Madden trophies and progress are GONE. At this point, I am thinking about deleting my EA account and creating a new one, but I am concerned that I still will not be able to connect and/or this will happen again with no explanation. It just seems to me that my account was corrupted somehow and no one will acknowledge that. Were there problems with the EA Servers in the past few months because I had not logged on for a few weeks? Also, if there is a persistent connection on my EA Account, why isn't there a feature on Madden to allow me to MANUALLY SIGN-OUT of my account so that I can sign-in again ESPECIALLY if the Rep reset my password????
