Skill points missing from purchase
I purchased madden points from madden 25 got the points. Then used the points to purchase level path 60 in nfl superstar mode. Madden points no longer available, but my skill never showed and I am stuck at 92ovr and not able to get to 99 ovr now. This issue is STILL Plaguing my ability to create/download teams. I can now upload almost all of my team builds, but REPEATEDLY get this error when trying to download them. I've never been able to download a team I built once I get this error (even if I try to make a small edit, re-upload, etc). What. Is. Wrong? Why does this issue persist? Some of my files have been corrupted and now all of a sudden, I can't upload ANY images and all of my teams break EA's rules even though I haven't made any changes to them and they were fine the first 2 weeks the game has been out. What is wrong with the logos I used for Team Builder?
So, I went into my Team Builder and tried to submit my team but it gave me a error " 112: Your team violates our content policies. Please return to Team Builder and check your team's helmet." so then I followed what other people have done and create a team from scratch and used the logos that I have made and so I used the logos again for that and this time it hit me with "The logos are unable to be verified.", my logos are not harmful or they have anything to do with gangs, the logos are literally just AI generated and used some text to make it better, so I am not sure what I am missing here.Solved1.2KViews1like12Comments
Image Failed Validation
Hello, I have been trying for the last 5 hours to upload logos for custom teams. The image sizes are all well under the limit. One is a lightning bolt forming the back of the letter B, and the other is the letters NY superimposed over a multicolor star. Both were made from scratch, and obviously neither contains anything offensive. So why do I get the same "Warning: Image Failed Validation" error every time I try to upload? I also tried it with images I had successfully uploaded several days ago - those do not pass validation either. Is this just a today problem?Solved2.9KViews17likes72Comments
Team not showing up (PC)
I successfully submitted team from Madden. (State MS, Holy Warriors) It shows I downloaded it. However when replacing a franchise team (Online Solo), it shows no teams to download. Also I clicked on about 10 other teams to download and it says try again later. It also shows about 3 draft classes where I downloaded them, but when I go to use them in a franchise it says no files. traits can't be turned on
in frachise all traits for skill players like rac, possession catch, aggressive catch, etc are all off by default. and when you go into edit player to turn those traits on, the changes don't stay and they just revert back to off. same thing with defensive players with traits like strip ball and such. anyone else having this issue or know a fix?Solved274Views0likes2Comments
Consistent Cloud Franchises between PC and Xbox?
Hi all, I'm a PC gamer, but often travel for work where I bring my Xbox. Unfortunately, my understanding is that I'll need to purchase Madden 25 separately for each "platform". That said, does anyone know if I'll be able to play/join my same Cloud franchises between Xbox and PC? I'll use the same EA account for each and my Xbox account is linked within EA. It's already a waste of money to purchase the same game twice, but I definitely do not want to buy Xbox and PC versions if Cloud franchises aren't consistent between the two.Solved713Views0likes3Comments
