PLEASE HELP: Online H2H not even available
Online H2H for some reason has disappeared. When you select mode, the only option is to play a friend online. Everything has disappeared from the menu, including last 10 games played scores, the play now option to obviously play an online game non-friend related, rankings and the tier level option. Once in the online head to head hub, the only three things you can even select are depth chart, update, roster, and play a friend.
Superstar Quests Bugged
Product: Madden NFL 25 Platform:Xbox Series X Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox Series X What is your gamertag/PSN ID? GCCONVICT Date/time issue occurred 08/18/24 What type of issue do you have? Gameplay Which mode has this happened in? Superstar Summarize your bug Not registering completed quest assignments. Particularly the Nike quests for me How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By trying to complete “Quality Running Gear”, “Fashion Finish” within the Nike quests for Branded. Also Roadshow quest “Domination” react the same. What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. Once I do exactly as the challenge instructs, nothing registers. What do you expect to see? I expect to see both of my Nike challenges “Quality Running Gear” and “Fashion Finish” to be completed immediately after completion as well as “Domination” from Roadshow I’ve retried the challenges all day just to find out it’s glitched. I’m also missing a lot of things that I should’ve had for preorder content since I got the MVP bundle but the challenges really need to be fixed.Superstar Mode skill points missing after purchase.
I recently purchased madden points for a CB player in superstar mode, upgrading the player to max level 60 and the skill points are missing. My player is literally stuck at an overall of 65 even though I am at level 60. As you can see in the photo, no points are applied, the level is 60 and I have 0 skill points (SP). I definitely feel robbed of $100 dollars and am no longer able to play as a CB in superstar mode.
No player card in superstar mode madden 25
Not Implementing a Player Card screen, in a sports game, especially in the main gamemode where you control the career of a NFL player, is absolutely immersion breaking Things I can't view currently in SUPERSTAR mode - Year to Year stats of my player, and other players in the league - Player Awards - Player tendancys - My Contract(how much my player earns and for how many years its for & other players contracts) - Niche things like when and where a player was drafted EA please, Give us a damn Player Card screen.
Dear Team Builder Team, do you need help? Are you okay?
Look, I get it. I've launched several web-based products/services in my career. It's really hard. There's a lot of stuff under the hood that inexplicably impacts other stuff that 'should be fine'. But... guys... this team builder is... so broken. Whats your process for usability testing? Where are the super-user story cards for such a big undertaking? Surely you got real-world input and feedback from people in the community that were all about Franchise and what they planned to do with such features? Forget the fact that it just doesn't work as advertised, this shows zero consideration for die-hard customers that got AMPED about creating their own 32-team fantasy league. Questions? I have so many. Why are there still only 5 stadium options, when there ARE extra stadium models that already exist? Why can't you randomize player rosters in team builder instead of having the same 4 options? Every division would be a multiverse of the same players. Why do some of the commentators call the team-builder players the wrong name? (Mike Tirico calls QB Flores something random/wrong. There's only 4 teams of names!) Why are Kickers and Punters not even visible options to edit in Team Builder? Why is the Nickname/Team Name reversed, causing the lucky few who built teams (and even fewer able to then download those same teams) to have the "CHICAGO CHICAGOs" as their team name? (causing only extra-savvy users who figured out it was a simple coding issue to put the wrong stuff in the right places to get it to display correctly) Why can I spend hours building, saving, and uploading a team (most of those hours spent trying to figure out why its failing to upload) only to not be able to download that team in the game, only getting an "error - try again later" message? Why can't I use my team builder teams offline? Why is it that Team Builder Teams won't recognize the city if it already has audio lines for that city? If you build a Buffalo, Chicago, etc team and replace that same city in-game, you just get generic lines like "The Offense / The Home Team" when you could easily keep that team's city name for audio lines and exclude the mascot name. There's too many more, but I'll leave it there. FYI, in a proper user-focused product build/activation, you'd plan for these use-cases with 'stories' that essentially reverse-engineer these pretty obvious/low-hanging fruit questions and challenge the build/dev team to support these scenarios. But I don't have to explain basic Human Centered Design principles to you, do I? Source: I am a professional UX Product Owner / Creative Director who's launched million-dollar projects for global brands like BMW. Final question: Seriously, do you need help? I would gladly do a UX audit for team-builder, as I personally want it to be AMAZING, and I am (clearly) disappointed in the initial product release. When you don't address stuff like this, it speaks louder than if you did address it. At least, like, tell us you know it's bad, don't sugarcoat it. Tell us what you realistically will/won't/can/can't fix. Support us the way we try to support you. Set better expectations. When you're mad that we're mad, it means we're onto something. I've written basically the exact same post for years now and honestly, it's quite disappointing. I went through part of the 10-hr trial to see everything I needed in franchise mode this year. After looking through I can confidently say that I will not be spending my money on Madden until the changes us offline players want are made. Enough is enough giving us offline players the bare minimum every single year. Draft Class Customization THE SAME GENERIC FACES AGAIN! THIS is what specifically makes the game unplayable for me. Since like Madden 18 even before we have been given the SAME GENERIC FACES for creating draft class players. They are EXTREMELY outdated (looks straight from PS2). I was hoping for a fresh, new and clean overhaul this year because this SPECIFICALLY improves creation x1000. CFB got TONS of new and most importantly next-gen looking generic faces and to see these not make it's way into Madden kills me to the core because it's obvious work was done with new generic faces .Every other sports game has a face editor for ALL created players and we can't even get updated generic faces? I'll give credit where it is due, a lot of new equipment was added this year. But TONS still missing that have existed in the league for MANY years now. Turf tape/arm sleeve on one arm Multiple sleeves on one arm Forearm bands Colored visors Pants above knees (in CFB) Knee braces (in CFB) Mouth guards on helmets Turtlenecks Q Collars Face coverings Hand warmers in jersey BRING BACK COLD WEATHER TEMP SO WE CAN EDIT PLAYERS EQUIPMENT FOR COLD WEATHER GAMES (create a cold game equipment section) Team Relocating THE SAME OLD, GENERIC, BORING STADIUMS THAT HAVE ALSO BEEN RECYCLED FOR YEARS I heard Madden was getting a team builder but relocating a team is absolutely pointless because the new stadium delivers absolutely 0 authenticity to the specific team. It feels bland and neglected. Presentation (Look back at Madden 09 etc. from pre game to halftime to post game, those games that are almost 10 years old top modern-day Madden x100000) The fans/stadiums feel lifeless All player interaction with fans was taken away years ago (ex crowd celebrations) The sidelines look like they are also from PS2 and have not changed since I started playing Madden in 2004. Players and coaches need to look real and the sidelines need to have life ALL around. TeamBuilder Not In Play Now?
I don't see the option to play as teambuilder teams in play now. I cannot imagine why this would not be a thing. It's in CFB25. If you wanna preview a team's stadium or roster, you have to make an entire franchise save. You can't just hop in a game with a random team, or couch play your custom teams against each other. PLEASE tell me this isn't by design or by choice. It makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. Is there a fix on the way?
Can't see overall of player when editing them in Franchise
When you are editing a player's ratings in franchise, you cannot see their overall until you press save and go all the way out to their player card. In the past there was a small box which showed their overall by archetype. Why was this removed?Non Commissioners Can Edit Players Height and Weight in Cloud Franchise
This bug existed at the beginning of Madden 24 as well, it’s ridiculous that we have to deal with this each year. How is it not tested? Any user can go in and edit any players height and weight. Please fix ASAP as I doubt it requires much of a code fix.
Riddell Axiom not in Superstar Mode
The facemasks for the Axiom are there but not the helmet itself. I see you can equip the Axiom helmet on real players in the edit player menu, but it’s not an option in “change gear” for Superstar mode. Please fix. There was a title update, but I see that the Axiom helmet is still not available in Superstar mode. Please fix. ANOTHER update, but the axiom helmet is still not an available option for Superstar mode while all the new facemasks are available. Please EA, please Madden, FIX THIS.Player Card Scoreboard Glitch
Since today’s update, they added a users player card to the scorebug in Franchise. This completely ruins immersion when looking at the scorebug. But that’s not even the worst part: of course it’s completely glitched when a user is playing on the road, the card shows up on the Home Team side rather than the correct one. Hope they fix this rather quickly because this is yet another embarrassing miscue due to an update from EA this year.
