Can't Receive Purchased Items
Hello, I’m playing on my iPhone, and my account is set to Ireland. Today I purchased the Plant Pass, while the system told me “The purchase was successful,” the game showed: “Something went wrong with this purchase. Please restart the app to try again.” I thought it might fix itself after a while, so I then bought the Starter Pack. However, the Starter Pack contents still never arrived. I bought it two more times, and then realized that my card was charged every single time. I tried restoring purchases, but it says “No Purchases to Restore.” What should I do? Has anyone else had the same issue?

Back in December during the Feastivus events I had used the gems to purchased about 2000 energy refills to play the current MGP Adventures. 40 gems for 80 energy refills. I chatted with customer service who was no help at all and insisted I post on this forum. I’ve been playing since 2017, love this game but extremely terrible customer service. I want to know why my purchased has suddenly disappeared.HELP! PVZ GW2 Launch issue!
Need some help please! Everytime I log onto PVZ GW2 on my PC through EA, it just kicks me out. I get the error message after the game startup window closes (crashes). Pic attached. When I buy coins the purchase goes through. Charged to credit card 4 times now. But I still have the same amount of coins in wallet and cannot purchase the cattails. This is for an apple iPad. Restarted the iPad. Still doesn’t work. Also pushing an iPad apple update now to see if that’s the issueEror
screen when i just installed the app instead of (pvz 3),I want to play the game, but when I'm on the loading screen, there's an error, why???!!?!!, I'm confused even though the game has just been installed and my internet is running smoothly without lag, there's a command to refresh and it still doesn't work.
