Please Release the New Logo
PvZ 3 is the beginning of another Plants vs. Zombies reboot, and they haven't released the new logo in a transparent format and in good quality. This new logo has been used in recent merch, and the latest PvZ 3, so can someone at EA please share with us a good PNG or something of it?ilovepopcapgames2 days agoSeasoned Hotshot40Views0likes3CommentsPvZ 3 Ideas!! :)
Hello internet! Just wanted to come on here and some world/theme ideas I had that may be interesting to see in this game or a future PvZ game! Since it hasn’t been announced that the 3rd game will be any similar to the second through like time travel or anything, I’d like to suggest the idea of reality warping! It would introduce a variety of interesting worlds that I think would keep the gameplay unique by making the style of each one different as the player would navigate the world and its changing realities to try to get things back to normal. Some world ideas I had in mind were a Broadway or Movie world of sorts, where the zombies and plants obtained in this world could adapt a more rubberhose art style, and this could leave lots of room for some interesting gimmicks, such as stage props getting in the way of the plants, or a movie screen rolling down from the ceiling, controlled by Zomboss, letting him project whatever he wants onto the screen and making it come to life—such as more waves of zombies or even a giant zombie hand to reach down and try to steal your plants. Some other vague world ideas that I’d like to leave up to interpretation include a board game world, a candy land or carnival world, a deep dark cave world, etc… And lastly, if the game were to go in this route where each world or reality has a different style, I think a comic book world would be perfect for this! It would be able to re-introduce some plants from PvZ Heroes, bc of the heavy inspiration from comic books, not to mention the comic book-esque art style they have already created a demo of for this new game! Anyways sorry for going on such a long rant, I’m just really excited for a new PvZ game, and I think it would be really cool to see more examples of what lengths the zombies would really go to to try to get the player’s brains. We saw in the second game how they literally warped time, so I think some even more catastrophic and other-worldly stuff would really spice things up in the PvZ universe and add something really interesting to the game besides just more modern day levels. If anyone has any other thoughts or cool ideas pls share! Cus I know my ideas aren’t perfect but I really think this would be a good direction for the game :)31Views0likes0Comments- zfbxf9vipa9012 days agoNewcomer23Views0likes1Comment
The Chinese agent of PvZ3 has infringed the PvZ IP!
The Chinese authorized agent of Plants vs. Zombies 3, Miniwan, released a video in which they claimed to have participated in the production of "PvZ Online", an officially licensed PvZ game developed by Tencent, another company, a long time ago. However, the screenshots shown in the video used another pirated game with the same name. This is an insult to and infringement of the Plants vs. Zombies IP, and it is hoped that EA will conduct a thorough investigation.xm12g12 days agoRising Newcomer53Views1like1CommentPlease bring back PvZ3 2020
I’d like to see that game again, even as a spin off. In fact, it would work better as a spin off, with the vertical screen and the automatic sun production. I hate to say this, but that game was miles better than the PvZ3 we have now. I would like to see it return in someway in the future. At the very least I’d like to see some elements from that version brought into the new game (Tacobilities, Plant Food, Legendary plants, etc)527Views4likes3CommentsWill PvZ 3 come back now? Sweet 16
It's been almost a month since the franchise started celebrating its anniversary, and in that time, we've had some rumors about a possible big announcement! Which makes me think that the release of PvZ 3 is closer to a release. With that in mind, I wanted to gather ideas while I still have the chance to suggest them. 👀 • 🍄🌾 Ground and Environments 🌾🍄 There's always green grass on the ground, but what about something new? In PvZ Heroes, there are "Environment" cards that are like modifications that remain in the always-on row. This can allow for exotic interactions with grass that wouldn't otherwise be seen in puddles, whether they're negative or beneficial. Example: The Red Plant-it would provide nutrients to benefit the strength and resilience of the plant at that location. •✂️🪴 Gardening items 🪴✂️ Think about it: in all his years of fighting zombies, the only thing Dave has invented for his garden is Mo? It makes no sense that he wouldn't invest in more resources to help his plants, since they are part of his main defenses. Shouldn't there at least be more gardening tools that could be used for this purpose? you know things like fertilizer bags, watering cans and gardening gloves! I see a lot of use for some of them in mods and Fangames. Some objects I also thought of were wheelbarrows, flower pots, scarecrows, sprinklers and a rake that could also be present on the lawn. • 🧰📡 Z-tech technology 📡🧰 Dr. Zombie, being our long-time arch-nemesis, must be fed up with the zombies' incompetence. I imagine that to level the playing field in the zombies' favor, he could mass-produce gadgets and machines to help the zombies conquer the neighborhood! Things like turrets, drones, collectible armor and mystery box deliveries. 📦 • 🍄🍁 Modifiers 🍁🍄 What could be better than enjoying a beautiful lawn? Well, the details are essential to make them unique and more integrated with the reality of nature! For example, storms that can appear in the middle of a normal day, resulting in sudden changes in the weather, making an ordinary day different from the others! With strong winds, blackouts and lightning. 👀 Or for a lawn, because if it is a new environment, it is important that the details make it beautiful and full of new things! • 🪵🌿📋 Travel Log 📋🌿🪵 Based on the Roadtrip art, it's likely that the game will be themed around the world, which would fit perfectly with a Travel Log that also exists in PvZ 2! With more special events, of course. Ehhh I have nothing else to say, that's it. • 🧭🗺️ Stores 🗺️🧭 Returning to the subject of travel, we cannot forget that on these trips we experience a little of the culture; we discover new plants native to other regions. It would be a great idea to include them in your inventory as special items, so that if you want to get a particular one, you can buy it in stores during your trip! • 🪴🌿♻️ Reworks ♻️🌿🪴 When PvZ 3 was announced at its Soft Launch, I noticed that some old acquaintances returned, it was interesting, but I felt that something was missing to make the characters stand out from the versions that came before them, so I wrote down some ideas, maybe they are not necessary now, but who knows they might be good! - 🪴 Cabbage: Throws cabbages into adjacent columns if there is no conflict in yours. - 🪴 Plantern: Emits a burst of light that stuns zombies for 1s when it feels threatened. - 🪴 Lilypad: If there is any kind of nut planted in it, you will see it sink a few seconds later. - 🪴 Umbrella Leaf: Causes knockback when attacked. - 🚩 Landscaper: The cutter will be more resistant when hitting a plant, but will break if it hits defensive plants. - 🚩 Flag zombie: Provides a speed boost at the start of a horde. - 🚩 Backup dancers: after the Disco Zombie is defeated, they will follow the rhythm to other lines. • 👒🛍️ Cosmetics 🛍️ 👒 It’s quite common for popular games to invest in things like profile pages, skins, emojis, and other stuff. I firmly believe that PvZ should be no different in this regard, especially if systems like clubs are available in the next version. • 🫛🌻🪴 Plants 🪴🌻🫛 2020's Plants vs. Zombies 3 brought together a variety of new plants and plants from other games. If possible, I'd like to see some plants return in the future: Iceberg Lettuce, Hydrangea, Flak seed, Snapdragon, Blockbuster, Dogwood, Lemon-aid, Sweet potato, Gravitree, Night cap, Fairy Ring Mushroom, Saw grass, Aloe, Pushywillow, Chard guard, Gloom-shroom, Kalestorm, Kernel corn, Acorn Oak, Burst Berry, Backpetal, Caesar salad, Dreadwood, Soul Patch, seedling, bananasaurus rex, Snake grass, Cattail, Guacodile, Aspearagus, Pea patch, Magic Beanstalk, Veloci-radish, Dandy Lion King, Poppin' Poppies, Rose, Skyshooter, Hibernating Beary, Stach-lord, Pumpkin, Gloom-vine, Torchwood, Transmorgrify, Bird of paradise, Smashing pumpkin, Molekale, Dark metter Dragonfruit, Ensign Uproot, Lieuternant Carrotron, Invasive Species (weeb), Onion Rings, Magnet-shroom, Whip vine, Tiger grass, Primal peashooter, Sea-shroom, Rotobaga, Spore-shroom, Smoosh-shroom, Wildflower, Cactus, Dandelion and Stallia. End! or almost that. I... uh, I have one last simple request, I promise! you know those 2022 betas? A bit simple, but there were cool things like the intro ost and the volcano map, something I really loved! Soo... pls give this lawn another chance.starfoxy012 months agoSeasoned Scout368Views2likes3Comments[Feedback] The new art styles previews
New ads were released a few days ago and now we can see previews of the Pink and Green styles in gameplay! Even though they are recent, I will take into account that they are unfinished animations and concepts. Of all the styles, to be honest, I love the comic book inspired style! This was everyone's favorite from the beginning and has remained so for many ever since, although some fans find some aspects of the style in these ads strange and the game is still not perfect (I agree too). It's nothing that a few color adjustments and polish can't fix. I even made some edits to test xd As for the others, I have to admit that green is better compared to beta! With the Peashooter redesign. Green has proven to be very childish and I don't see anyone speaking well of it, on the contrary! There was a lot of talk about its supposed victory because of Roadtrip, which didn't please the community. So I recommend not continuing with it. Something seen in the ads is mergers again! It's seems good to me, some people like it and some don't. I personally like it! there are so many possibilities 👀 So I thought about it: to please everyone, the fusion mechanic doesn't necessarily need to be central to the game! It could be like a modifier present in some stages and not in others, like the wasabi powers in Brawl Stars, have you heard of that? Meanwhile, when you unlock the fusion, you're also unlocking this "hybrid" plant in your Deck! Like a higher cost of suns and a slower cooldown. Please leave a brain for this starving zombie 💔starfoxy012 months agoSeasoned Scout102Views1like0Comments[Feedback] Pink art but with Purple art Zombies!!
The pink art style looks great! But.. the zombies? Maybe just going a little to far away from the known pvz art style 😅 I really love the zombies in the purple art style, it still carries on the original zombies look. I believe people are looking for something different between new games, but for art style it should be something still similar to what we all know and love 💚 im personally a lover for the GW2 Design, its like they belong on a battlefield and have been for a long time. I guess what I mean is, it’s not so bright and, ‘Chibi’. PVZ2 Art style was also really good, I liked that for the 2D Look! The comic look for the pink art style is cool, but on a personal note I think still looks a little chibi? The concept art for the pink style looks so good!! Bonk Choy looks amazing! It looks more older or ‘Mature’? and the colouring looks so so good! I’m hoping the pink art style will end up looking just the same. as the game footage still looks like a beta (Well it is still in beta but you get the idea?) Thanks for reading! I hope this feedback helps in anyway! And for anyone else reading share your ideas too! I would love to see what others are looking forward to! 💚💜millmillxx2 months agoSeasoned Newcomer47Views2likes1Comment- 4eoygbo2918c2 months agoNewcomer45Views0likes1Comment

[Feedback] Can we bring pvz adventures back?
Since EA just announced the soft launch of the new pvz 3 game which is as horrible as everyone had thought it would be. Its just a runescape copy with the pvz spin to it, the music isnt that good, the story and levels are too short and there are so many microtransactions. Why can't they just re-release the good although Facebook game they created for mobile and pc? It had better music, an actual idea behind it and microtransactions that didn't overwhelm the player. It also allowed you to play as zombies, allowed you to buff/nerf plants/zombies, had a good progression system and more amazing concepts.Yakub_KSI3 months agoNew Rookie1.1KViews6likes4CommentsPvZ3 Qualms
Yo I saw these old concept photos back in around 2018-2019 before they were scrapped and I really think there should be influence taken from that, as well as previous PvZ games. For example, mixing stuff that was used in PvZ, PvZ2, and Heroes, but also using stuff that may have been used in PvZ that wasn’t used in PvZ2 and vice versa, such as certain plants and zombies like the coffee bean and the thymewarp. Most importantly though, I think the game should feel fresh. Instead of making it the Neighborville world it should be something new and fresh. I’d like to see a similar theme as to where there are different categorized worlds and each one has a set amount of levels. And I think this could really be cool with influence from both games, because you could for example have the plants and zombies get transported to an insane world or worlds, where instead of traveling through time it could be by location or by altered reality. For example, a candy land world, let’s say has maybe 25 levels. You could do 5 normal, 5 at night, 5 by a pool, 5 by a pool at night, and 5 on a roof. This would mix the world idea of PvZ2 with the original lovable parts of PvZ1. It would make the game more fast paced, as you’d have to adapt to these weird changing settings, while still leaving things grounded, and it doesn’t have to be just those 5. There could be some worlds where there’s a mix, like for example a sewer world, where the ratio of water to land could be more randomized and mixed, kind of like the swampy area that was planned for PvZ3. I’d just love to see more grounding for this new game is all, making sure the levels aren’t too fast but also aren’t too slow, with a new variety of plants and zombies, while still keeping the older, more lovable ideas of the game franchise. Create something new. Something fun. Something we haven’t seen before in any previous PvZ game that still fits into its tower defense roots. P.S. Brining back minigames would be really cool, but none of that gardenscapes bs. I wouldn’t mind customizing something such as a zen garden, or even plants with wearable outfits, but being able to do that to the entire map isn’t on brand. Anyways I <3 beghouled, thank you for your time.ChrisTheCheis3 months agoRising Newcomer54Views0likes0CommentsIdeas Regarding Plants .vs Zombies 3
I have a personal idea regarding the game pvz3, which is built in for level makers, what does this mean? So we can make levels from the community and share it into the world with the built in level making engine... I won't mind if those levels are added into the game as long you, as a developer add the credits into it like "Made by: King Pea" and we can search for levels and actually add name, tag and description about the level... And optionally can add the image ourself with a defined rules. And also perhaps rating system can be added too, with the best rated level can grant the player who beats it rewards and of course comments, and yall have the right to define the rules about it. I hope with this idea PvZ3 can generate cool levels made by community and can be also a reference for the development team, especially the level designer division/team and also enhances the quality of PvZ3. Best of luck for yall!!!627Views4likes3CommentsPvZ 3 idea
Since in the pvz 3 ad plants are getting Fusions which I think is a good idea and an idea I had to make some zombies better would be something called evolutions and how that would work is in the later levels when certain zombies are not as scary anymore to go against they would have an evolution form(s). But they can only spawn after the first flag and before the level starts It would have an evolution warning saying which zombie would be evolved. And some zombies depending on their strength would have more evolutions than others 1st flag 1st evolution 2nd flag second type of evolution etc For example pole vaulter evolution normal vaults over a column 1st evolution can jump over 2 columns + slightly increased health 2nd evolution can vault a second time (but doesn’t run after first jump) + slightly increased health but can be nerfed if neededScreend00rzombie3 months agoSeasoned Adventurer60Views1like0CommentsDear Devs, let's not forget you're making a sequel!
Hello devs! Just like the title says, I feel like the past betas and interactions we had with PvZ3 didn't feel like a sequel, but more like a reboot/completely new game. My suggestion is that elements like the story and mechanics present in previous games should be strongly present in this one. As the name suggests, it's the third installment of a series of games that brought many things to the base. You can also continue on the path you're on but not with the "3" to the title, make a completely new game independent of the series.michibikii3 months agoSeasoned Adventurer132Views3likes1Comment- Screend00rzombie4 months agoSeasoned Adventurer130Views0likes4Comments
Merge plants
Two months since my last feedback, it's been a while since I've had anything new to review! However, recently some players have commented that they saw an ad/demo where they could fuse plants with a graphic similar to PvZ 3. In it you can also see that the Peashooter has already been modified and I honestly love it! While the Nut remains the same, it's nice to see that there are already some small changes being made. 🌿🌱 In my opinion, the fusion mechanics are indeed something fun, both because of the fame they currently have and because this will solve some problems that have existed since PvZ 2, since when we receive many plants throughout the adventure it is natural that plants like the Peashooter and the Nut are overshadowed by better ones. 🍃🧬 However, there needs to be a way to deal with this so that it doesn't spread strong plants all over Lawn! Zombies may not be able to invade effectively, and the ease of blending may leave unblended plants out of the question. If Dave is such a brilliant inventor, he could create a mechanism to give context to all this! My system concept works like this: Right at the bottom corner, there would be a machine/pod similar to the Grapes of Wrath one and in it you could drag two packets of seeds to add, after adding or removing them, you would start the fusion process which would take a few seconds. 🫛 📌 It can take 3 to 7 seconds depending on the plant to be created. 📌 Tacobilities should still exist, but as a formula that can also be used in invention to make mega-grown variants. 📌 Changing DNA can be complicated and in some cases it can produce mutant plants such as Split pea or Two-pea. 🪴 Just to clarify, I think of this to moderate the system! So you can still use unfused plants until it's ready, that's it! Bye. 🌺starfoxy014 months agoSeasoned Scout193Views2likes3CommentsAbout the future of PVZ
A Current Situation As an IP owned by EA and PopCap, PVZ's current situation is not optimistic, and it does not meet the expectations of players. The future of this IP is even dark and gloomy. Many people look at it, although they still love it, but it is dying. Many excellent employees were fired for various reasons; PVZ's poor income has shattered EA's dream of this series, so EA intends to throw caution to the wind and squeeze every last penny out of PVZ's remaining time. Then what? PVZ would be completely dead. PVZ has accompanied generations of people through the glorious and indifferent 15 years, and does EA really want to give up on it? Does EA really want to destroy it? The answer is no. B Potential Has the potential of PV2 series really run out as EA expected? Someone has made nearly $10,000 by selling PVZ fan-made modifications. As we all know, fan-made PVZ modifications are not intended for commercial gain. However, some of these modifications are deeply loved by players. If this cannot prove the potential of PVZ, what can? It is worth noting that PVZ's popularity is due to the efforts of players, and these PVZ modifications have kept the IP vibrant and ever-popular in the player community. Other types of games are hard to achieve this. EA should have recognized and utilized PVZ as a "jack-of-all-trades" asset, but it's a shame they didn't. C On PVZ3 PVZ3 has been in open beta since mid-January 2024, and this sequel to the tower defense game has been in development since 2016, but 8 years have passed and it's not even as good as PVZ2! I've already expressed my thoughts on PV23, so I won't go into detail here. The time spent making PVZ3 could have made 1-2 Battlefield games, but it's not looking good. Players don't know what has happened at PopCap in the past 8 years, and they haven't heard any news about PVZ3 until now, when we have community managers. These community managers are serious and responsible, and they pass on player suggestions to the PVZ team. Some of them are fans of the series, and they are deeply concerned about the future of this IP. But all they can do is submit feedback, that's it. Now PVZ3 has over 300 levels, while PVZ2 only has 314 levels. The level quality in PVZ3 is not as good as in PVZ2, and even worse than the original PVZ. The number of plant and zombie types, and map types is very limited. Selling Chilly Pepper, Jalapeno, and Cherry Bomb, Blowers as items in PVZ3 seems pointless to me. PVZ is a casual strategy game. Compared to match-3 games with an element of luck, doing this will only lead to failure. As a fan of PVZ, what does it mean to clear every level? I have no reason to buy those cheats! They are not even as good as the Power Ups in PVZ 2. Some levels are impossible to pass without them. Typically, a disappointing and unfun game is rarely played. Just because PVZ3 is on the App Store's top list does not mean it is successful! That's because PVZ relies on its fans! They love it, then hate it, and don't want to see it become what it is now. EA and PopCap, please think about this. D The Future of Garden Warfare There is a file name called GW3 in BFN, in a sense, BFN used to be GW3. However, BFN was updated for only a year and then stopped, and PopCap announced that the startup had failed. BFN borrowed from OW in some sense, canceling the mutations and making it less playable than GW2. Players kept sending messages on X saying that we need a new GW, but there was no response. I think that since EA has been pursuing the mobile market for years, but FIFA:Mobile and APEX:Mobile are Tencent's agents, and EA's own internal development is only PVZ2 and PVZH (I'm not sure, it might be like this), PVZ as EA's own mobile game IP, PVZ2 won the TGX Best Mobile Game award in 2013, which can be said to have development potential in the mobile game field. Previous PVZ:RPG project was cancelled, whether it was because EA feared it wouldn't make money or something else, we don't know. I believe that PVZ:GW Mobile has great market potential, potential, and advantages. Now NetEase has obtained the MARVEL copyright and is making a MARVEL game similar to OW. If EA is willing to provide PopCap resources, from a certain angle, it will become a strong competitor in the mobile game market. As a derivative work of the PVZ series, character variation is one of its highlights. In addition, the victory or defeat in the GW series will not bring players a sense of great frustration. On the contrary, PVZ:GW is fun and relaxing. If there is a relaxing FPS game during leisure or work time, then it must be GW. In this competitive era, people are anxious and overworked. Playing a game can be frustrating, (there is an analogy, some games feel like working in prison and not playing feels uncomfortable). But GW won't. Cute plants and zombies are fighting all over the place, in fact, it can be said that GW is the most interesting shooting game in the whole universe. In addition, the asymmetry between the two sides in GW is also a highlight of this IP. One side is plants, the other side is zombies; rather than both sides being plants or zombies. In the mobile gaming scene, portability and convenience are key factors that attract players. With the advent of mobile games like PVZ:GW, players no longer have to worry about being tied down to a specific location or device. The cartoonish art style of PVZ:GW means that it can appeal to a wider audience, rather than a smaller niche. From young to adults, PVZ is a household name, and if gamers who struggle to find time to play can own GW:Mobile, it would be a huge success. The cartoonish art style can also make it easier to render effects on mobile devices. The realistic style of Battlefield:Mobile is more straightforward, without the need to worry about issues like high-end phones not being able to run the game in COD:WarZone. E Other The current opportunities and profitable ventures lie with EA, PopCap, and the sale of skins, plants, zombie characters, and Season Passes. These are the ways that EA and Tencent are equally skilled at. Instead of so-called bad in-game items. For example, in GW Mobile, some variant plants can be placed in a pool for players to draw, or victory cups, or even music packs can be added. The music of the PVZ series is also a highlight, whether it was composed by Laura or Peter, or the current arrangement, different tones can make people relaxed, excited, or feel the same emotions. Music conveys emotions. If EA wants a game that can bring both profits and good reputation, then GW:Mobile is what EA wants; if EA really puts some effort into PVZ, then PVZ will definitely give EA more than what it is showing now. This May 5th marks the 15th anniversary of PVZ, and I don't want this to be its last birthday, or even its deathday. I hope that EA management will read this article, and I hope that the EA Community Manager will convey my message to them. Community members, if you agree with the points made in this article, please sign a petition with me to request EA to make GW:Mobile. Provide me with XP. Send this article to EA, PopCap management, and anywhere else they might see it. I will also post this article in various places, so please don't delete it. If EA has requests for how many petitioners or other requirements for GW: Mobile, please let the community know. The community will do what it can I look forward to waking up one day and seeing PopCap announce: "We are making PVZ:GW Mobile now. Available soon." To the PVZ.EA team Yours, Yuanzifeng007 (PS: Neon Mixture Tour's music is really great, expecially Don't you love how we love together)Yuanzifeng0074 months agoSeasoned Veteran1.5KViews1like2Comments
