Less function every day
I get that these games are made to make money, but the overlords of this game are clearly trying to do too much and their servers can’t keep up. We get the spinning dots of wait the just leads repeatedly to error and try again messages on trains, mayor competition and city competitions. I played in the latest city competition, set my game to upload 3 hours before the contest ended and got the leave game open to finish up load. Left my game open all night and it never uploaded. What is the point of playing when this happens EVERY time! After YEARS years playing this game, these developers are causing me to want to give it up. Way to kill a game that was great by trying to make it everything for every body.
contest of mayor reward not received
i'm suppose to received 250 platinum keys, 2000 simcash and 10 golden ticket for first place but instead i get 0. this happens to me on mayor wars also, but i contacted EA, they insisted to create a ticket in game which does not exist. im quiting the game unless they give me my rewards this 2 days. I'm missing the Contact button in the help menu. I recived a message from EA saying there would be compensation for the premium levels I didn't earn in the pass, that there would be more Chicago missions and that reaching the level in the event would be easier but so far nothing has happend. There are too few Golden Tickets. You should get more in the event and the pass.Latest update
Like many others, I dislike the changes made to the game, it is even worse when I can't physically do challenges because they are not available, for example, upgrade city storage - I have the required items but there is no button to click on to start the challenge.... so frustrating!!!!! Why launch an update when it is clearly not fit for purpose?
The Sign in with EA option is gone??
Hi everyone, I've been playing SimCity for a long time, but for the last month I took a break and uninstalled It, saving all my progress in my EA account (my account is made on Outlook mail). Now, today I reinstalled the game and I found out the there's no Sign In with EA option, it's just gone. Why? all my progress was saved in my EA account, and now if I can't login through it, is all my progress lost? please guys can anyone help me with this? it would mean a lot. I feel that the global trading market upgrade is not good from the visuals and that light blue background to the items in being show. I see french fries for every single item all day long. And now you can’t click out of the market unless you click the x. It’s just weird and they’re not adding any value or ease. the sizing is off and certain things look weird. I’m level 34, I am apart of a club and have participated in many club wars, yet I still haven’t unlocked club wars 1 (as well as the other club wars tasks) in the journal. I have even completed all of the tasks that come before this one just to see if that would unlock it but I still haven’t unlocked it for some reason. I have looked up the requirements and as far as I can tell, I’ve met them. is there something I’m missing or have I encountered a bug?Simcitybuilt Snowflake Coin issue
Latest update bites. Still can't figure out how after completing task to get snowflake coins! Now new task isn't counting my planks I make. Hate this way of doing things. Go back to last competition of mayor where we just got the coins none of this funky extra business that doesn't work :-(Problems started with the Egyptian season!
I play this game on iOS (iPad). I have been playing for years!!! Never an issue. Then this season came along and my game started to, almost what seemed like a force quit as I moved between cities especially my sunny isles where I was using the Egyptian items. I was able to reload a few times and continue play and then I just wasn’t able to play at all. I contacted support did all I could on my end and realized this was a bug on their end. I would uninstall reinstall turn off back ground refresh. Emptied my storage in my iPad. EVERYTHING. Problem here for me is game loads to 100% then closes out immediately. I waited for the new season and was able to play again (proving this was a jug with the Egyptian season) played Chicago season for a while. Traveled to sunny isles went to place a pyramid and BAM! Locked out again. Same issues. EA support no help. Told to post issue here. I’ve spent so much money on this game I’m so bummed. I really enjoy it.
