Cannot Download Marketplace Content
I recently got a new computer that finally has the space and such to run games again. I installed the EA app, I see my order history in my EA account when I login. I downloaded the Sims 4 base game. I cannot see any of my purchased content. I chatted in, followed the instructions to go to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection - I understand you're supposed to check the check boxes or "select all" to do this, but I don't see those options at all. I tried clearing cache, repairing the app, etc. This is what I see. It shows that I own these, but that they are "not installed" and seems to give no indication on how to do so. Hi, I’m trying to find and purchase The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs pack on PS5, but it’s not showing up in the PlayStation Store or marketplace. Idk where to put this so I'll put it here and hope someone will help me. I woke up this morning with and emailed receipt thanking me for buying something on PS4 even though I wasn't awake to do so, so I open the receipt and see that it's for moola. I didn't buy moola, I didn't want moola, I still don't understand what moola is, and I didn't know that moola existed til I got the charge. I haven't played for a few days so I'm confused why I was charged and given something I don't want and without consent. I don't have a job rn and I don't want to be charged with something I do not want or need. I want a refund. I have tried to navigate this site and I have nothing to show for it other than frustration. (Mac) When I try to view any content (marker packs, expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, kits, and even free content) in the marketplace, I get stuck on a blank loading screen and the content never actually loads. Kits purchased from Marketplace don't appear on EA app
I am a PC player. I owned The Sims 4 Country Kitchen kit for free on Marketplace. Then, I bought 1500 Moolas to purchase three more kits with a 20% discount: Restoration Workshop kit, Kitchen Clutter kit and Golden Years kit. The last 3 kits I purchased for 400 Moolas each one, so I have 300 Moolas left. Those 4 kits appear on my game, but the don't on my EA account DLCs catalog. What would happen if I delete or lose accidentally my current savefile? Would I lose those 4 kits forever? Missing Filter Icon for Creator Kits (Creator Program) in game build
I am starting this thread because the new Creator Kits (part of the Creator Program) do not have their own specific category icon in the filter menu yet. This makes finding new items feel like a total scavenger hunt. Is anyone else struggling to find these items in the Build/Buy catalog?😩 The Search Bar Issue One common suggestion is to search by the creator's name or the kit name, but I have found that this does not work consistently. For example, when searching for SIMAMCC, the items do not appear in the search bar results. This makes it even harder to locate the content we just purchased. Suggestion: Missing Filter Category I am requesting that EA adds a dedicated "Creator Kits" or "Maker Program" checkbox in the Filter Menu. Currently, these items are buried under general Kits or mixed in with other content, making them nearly impossible to isolate. Suggestion: The Icon Issue The "Paintbrush" or "Maker" logo should appear clearly on the individual item thumbnails and within the filter list. Better visibility is essential for navigating the catalog, especially as more of these kits are released. Suggestion: Gallery Tagging I have also noticed that Creator Kits are currently hard to track on the Gallery. They do not always show up in the "Show Used Items" list, so you cannot easily see if a Gallery build uses these packs before downloading. Does anyone else feel like the UI needs an update for these specific packs? Creators Market downloads not everything shows in game CAS
I downloaded few things from creators market place and after i downloaded new content not everything appeared in game CAS. Also the item tagging is incorrect. I tried to filter it but there is no new category for the new creators content in CAS, so i scrolled throw every single clothing item in game and not everything appeared. two items missing. the cropped pants for female and a cardigan for female. This specifically happens with creator 'Miiko' modern basics pack. I purchased a makers pack. It has vanished.
Recently bought 500 moola in order to purchase a makers pack. It is no longer showing up in the marketplace. I have a screenshot of the purchase I made, and a photo showing I no longer have moola. I have checked my downloads manger, it says everything is downloaded. I have checked in cas and bb mode, they both say I have no makers pack content. I know for a fact a bought a build buy makers pack for 500 moola that same day I bought the currency. Customer support chat said they can’t help. Maker Reimbursement
Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this in, but I was wondering how much revenue a maker is making off of their packs? Does anyone know what the percentage is?
