Missing Maker Pack Fresh Picked Kitchen
I don't know if it's a me problem, but this morning my game was acting fine, and all my packs were there. But after all my classes, I came back to play some Sims and saw that a maker pack, "Fresh Picked Kitchen," wasn't in my library?? I went to see what was up, and its fully unavailable? Marketplace wont load

Hi EA_mplsnow, I have the same issue today, after the new actu. I load my game and now it's telling me a pack is missing. When pressing See the pack (¨Ver pack¨ on the 1st screen shot), it says something when wrong (second sreenshot). When checking my market place, the Coach pack is missing from my adquired ones. Moola codes showing as accepted, but no Moola appears in game
Yesterday, I checked the Sims 4 discord, as an announcement had been made that there were 10 codes available for 400 moola each. I put these codes into the "redeem a code" section on the EA app, and it accepted the codes. However, after I confirmed the codes, it showed that they had already been accepted. When I went to check my Moola Balance in game, it showed 0, rather than the expected 4000 Moola. Is this a bug, or have I missed a step in redeeming the codes?Solved59Views0likes1Comment

I bought a maker pack from the EA website because I cannot access the in game marketplace. When I go to the EA app to install them they just say owned and in library. I can't download them or install them like I can packs. Note: English is not my native language, so I used machine translation to write this post. I apologize for any awkward wording. I recently opened the EA app and discovered a notification stating that my Moola will expire in 127 days. Until then, I had no idea that Moola had an expiration date. I purchased Moola, but I do not recall seeing any clear or prominent notice explaining that unused Moola would expire when I made my purchase. I have also not seen this condition clearly communicated in the official announcements introducing Moola. I understand that terms and conditions may contain information about expiration. However, burying such an important condition in a lengthy legal agreement is not the same as making sure customers are aware of it before they make a purchase. If Moola expires after a certain period, this should be clearly disclosed on the purchase screen before payment, as well as in official announcements and communications to existing players. Players should not have to discover this condition by chance through an expiration notification in the EA app. I am also concerned that other players may have already lost their purchased Moola without realizing that it had expired. The Sims 3 Store Points were also purchased, yet they do not have this kind of expiration date. As a long-time player familiar with both systems, I find this difference particularly disappointing. This is not simply a complaint about an expiration date. It is a complaint about transparency, informed purchasing, and respect for customers. I would like EA to: Clearly disclose Moola expiration dates and conditions on the purchase screen before payment. Communicate this policy prominently in official announcements and to existing players. Consider how to address Moola purchased before players were clearly made aware of this policy, including players whose Moola may already have expired. Players deserve to know whether and when the virtual currency they purchase can expire. Missing Creator Packs in Sims 4 despite troubleshooting
Dear Sims Team, I am having an issue where the Creator Packs / Kits I purchased are not appearing in my game. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them have resolved the problem: Uninstalled and completely reinstalled the entire game. Removed all Mods and Custom Content (CC) and tested on a clean game. Performed an App Recovery in the EA app. Cleared the app cache. Since none of these steps worked, the packs are still missing from my game. Could you please look into my account or help me resolve this issue? Moola and purchased packs not appearing
I bought some Moolas in the Marketplace. An error appeared 3 times. It says in EA Wallet History that the payment went through, but it doesn't show the new amount in the Marketplace. These items appear as active and installed in the marketplace content management, yet they do not show up in the filters for Build Mode or Create a Sim. All maker packs are gone since update
My game updated today (sep 22) and now all my maker packs are missing. I've looked in the market place, and they are showing as 'owned,' but the items are missing/removed from my houses and replaced with boring stuff. And none are available to be placed in build mode. Can't Uninstall Kit
I brought some kits a few months ago. I had no idea that the kits messed up gameplay. I brought the kits through marketplace using moola. I thought yall fixed the issues with the kits so i tried adding them back one by one. I started with one but it didnt work. I went to the EA app to uninstall it but it says i havent purchased it. But when I open the game, it says I have it and it is downloaded. Now i can't fully play my game because the kit is messing up my game. There are at least 4 kits i cant use because yall havent fixed the issues. Can't find creator kits for PS4
Hello! I can’t find the new kits on ps4. I mean the new creator kits, such as those of MADLEN, on the official website of EA, it appears that they are only available for PC/MAC, also those of Mean Girls or Clueless.
