@heatherosb650 , that happen to me twice, the first EA advisor asking me same question but can't help it so much, but i complaint to them about my previous case (with the case number) isn't solve yet, after that the 2nd EA Advisor recover my account with 2 extra account
my suggestion :
create another case and add your previous case number there (don't pick 'report bug' since that case always closed, pick 'missing content' or 'lost progress' is better) if still not respone from EA advisor, my last suggestion is report it (with detail and screenshot) to haemophilus_EA (reddit), good luck
