Re: I lost all my progess and purchased transactions in pvz2.

@heatherosb650 , that happen to me twice, the first EA advisor asking me same question but can't help it so much, but i complaint to them about my previous case (with the case  number) isn't solve yet, after that the 2nd EA Advisor recover my account with 2 extra account

my suggestion :

create another case and add your previous case number there (don't pick 'report bug' since that case always closed, pick 'missing content' or 'lost progress' is better) if still not respone from EA advisor, my last suggestion is report it (with detail and screenshot) to haemophilus_EA (reddit), good luck

    It has been confirmed to be a server issue and has had affected many players.

    Please follow suggestion below and I wish you all can get back your missing items.

    I lost my profile, progress and purchases 3 days ago. I contacted Help and was given the same "server outage" message. Has anyone here had this fixed yet? Wondering how long this can take or is all lost forever. No way I'm starting over, I've played for years and was #3 in the Jade league of Arena when it crashed. 

  • I reported my missing content. I was asked for my player ID but was told that EA couldn't find any progress associated with that ID. I was offered 250K coins, 600 gems, and 25 "tickets" to compensate me for my lost progress. So I don't think that EA will be able to help me recover from the server outage. Has anyone been able to get their progress restored?

    EA HELP need your original player id, not the one currently associated with the new profile you currently have.

    If you registered your email with EA for gems you could try tapping the cloud then the force sync buttons on the loading screen.

    I DID give EA my original player ID. And I DID force sync as instructed because I registered my email. The one who handled my case said that he still couldn't restore my progress and offered me the tiny compensation, which he said was the maximum that EA was willing to give. I thought registering my email and verifying it was foolproof?

    If you have your original player id that is associated with the profile you want to restore then EA should be able to recover the data from their backups, i suggest you keep on at them until they do restore your profile.

    When I woke up, this same issue happend also me... 

    start game and no my default user name in game, just user called "1" and user called "" no name... thats all. I click on user "1" and game start from begining... I play this game from 2013 - and lost everything. 

    Trying find ID - but when I send all ID I found in my device to EA, they reply - this ID have just this... after 7 emails EA confirmed they had issue with servers... in every email is silly offer 250.000 coins, 600 gems and 25 tickets... but not serious answer where is problem and how long take it for fix it... 

    and this is terrible.... I lost hope for that EA will fix this - probably waiting for release pvz3 on other devices ... 

    for me pvz 2 game is dead.. congratulation EA

    @brianlurie 

    Unless you have your ORIGINAL player id number OR have an old copy of pvz2 on a different device OR registered your email address with EA before the crash, about all you can do is try and get EA HELP to try to take the trouble to look it up so they can reinstall your profile.

    There will be a copy of your profile stored in EA's servers somewhere but without the correct account number they won't be able to find it.

    If you search through the forums you will find many other players in the same situation.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM I have registered email on pvz2 - but only answer I get from EA is just waiting, we ar try fix it... and sorry 14 days? Okay, maybe we can wait another 2 years when EA will make new PvZ5 ... :D

    this is not serious answer from serious company.

    I dont want start from begining... is very bad, and very poor comunication from support...

    EA's customer support has hit new lows recently, if you have your original player i.d. number then try tapping HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and try complaining (again).

    I felt like I was only one until I read all these messages about losing all my plants that I paid for and progress from many years of playing. I am very disappointed also as I took was up to Jade  and number 3 into game. I guess we just wait and see and keep on plsying...

    It happened with me also. I am really do not understand how it can be? the same compensation  25 tickets, gems and ect. It is the shame for a such big company.... 

    My original ID has no progress after many years and all my plants are lost .
