Try going into the house next to Doma's. The house
has some weird robot eyes on it It's kinda of behind/next to Doma's. Got a gray roof

and is square building. You'll have to slice
the curtain lower the door and dash through the green
door. Once in there talk to the guy and do whatever he
wants and then check if it spawns after.
