Hello,I'm new to SWTOR having only started last month and I'm part way through the Sith Inquisitor storyline, before the patch I was on Alderaan having just spoken with Lady Rist(?) who had summoned the Jedi guy,I then patched to 4.0 and logged in for the first time today and I have no class quests anymore? How do i pick up the series again as I cannot get back in to see Lady Rist (red wall) and I only have 2 other quests, one for Khem which is a trip back to Tattooine and a House Thul quest to see a guy near where I am.HELP!!!!

@JuiceyNix the only fix is to either submit an in-game ticket to have them put back the class quest or if your not a subscriber to email support@swtor.com. Just include the character name, server and what class quest your missing.

I also have this issue but at level 46 on Quesh was on the last mission. Updated to 4.0 no class quest in my journal and nothing to pick up on Quesh.

Same thing for me with my sith inquisitor class quest on lev 20, ive missing it and ive opened a ticket, i hope for a fast response

Same problem, lvl 39 Sith warrior, on my way to Quesh to find Admiral Monk.
Then patch 4.0 and now, no class quest.
Opened a ticket, no reply yet.
However, tried going to Dromund Kaas to check Darth Baras and noticed all the starting DK quests are available.
Seems I got reset and all quest progress has been lost.

I am also having this same problem as are a large amount of people that I have talked to in game this is a serious issue that needs to be fixed ASAP and a good start would be actually reply to acknowledge that the issue is known

im also having same problem, im a sith warrior and my quest is gone at quesh find admiral monk.

Still no fix arrives, I thought I might get them back if I did the planet quests. I've just about flow round the entire planets following the quest path to see if I could pick it up but found nothing. I've checked my ship ... nothing, I'm now about to fly all the way back to Korriban to see if the whole thing has reset.

Not everyone can reply in that thread because it requires a subscription yet again. I understand their reasons behind blocking certain features to people who don't pay to play, but it's insane to cut people off entirely from a feature like in-game ticket creation. If I want to get the problem fixed, then I have start all over from the beginning with a new character. I don't see them fixing the bug because I don't believe they know how to. The chance that they can only fix individual ticket related issues is high enough that it's going to analy fist non payers.

If they just CAN'T find a way to fix it, it's fine with me. It sucks but then there is nothing we or they can do. What's pissing me off is that they don't even reply. As far as i know they did not give one single official statement, not even one like "Hey sorry guys we f***** it up, we can't fix it". The only more or less "official" statement is from the thread guy who had to phone them and got an answer where the woman at the helpline had to "ask around a bit". Once again EA at its best..

no worry they dont answer the tikets from subscriber aswell, i already got a ticket open for a week and not even 1 answer.
