Missing Class Quest

Hello, I'm new to SWTOR having only started last month and I'm part way through the Sith Inquisitor storyline, before the patch I was on Alderaan having just spoken with Lady Rist(?) who had summone...

    the only fix is to either submit an in-game ticket to have them put back the class quest or if your not a subscriber to email support@swtor.com.  Just include the character name, server and what class quest your missing.

Same problem, lvl 39 Sith warrior, on my way to Quesh to find Admiral Monk.
Then patch 4.0 and now, no class quest.
Opened a ticket, no reply yet.
However, tried going to Dromund Kaas to check Darth Baras and noticed all the starting DK quests are available.
Seems I got reset and all quest progress has been lost.
