2020 and SWTOR Still Freezing on cutscenes

I can't belive the game still crashing in cutscenes, freezing when I'm in mission with Darth Malgus talking to a Jedi in a library.

I already have set the graphics to low, and very low. It is in the worse possible and my game still crashing in the same cutscene.

I'm waited for six minutes and this isn't working to, my computer processed the entire geme without a one single problem and now this, I have certain isn't my PC's problem.

I hope Bio Ware fix this in the next maintenance on 11 February because when you like the game and buy subscription you feel betrayed.
