Fury Marauder - Dark Synergy is sometimes not applied

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Dark Synergy is sometimes not applied when using Raging Burst, even if the last one was applied more than 8s earlier (duration of the effect's cooldown).
What do you expect to see? When using Raging Burst, the player should always gain the Dark Synergy buff if the last one was applied more than 8s earlier.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take Dark Synergy in the skill tree, then hit a dummy with a rotation where you use Raging burst once every 6 GCD.

On the first screenshot, we can see in red when I had the Dark Synergy buff applied on me. We can see that (as I performed a fixe rotation) the buff always has the same duration and periodicity. But, sometimes (twice here) it is not applied.
On the second screenshot, I've watched the combat log at a time where the buff should have been apllied but was not. It is in french, but it shouldn't be too hard to understand (Rafale Frénétique = Raging Burst and Synergie Obscure = Dark Synergy).
We can see that there is more than 8s between the first activation of Dark Synergy and the following Raging Burst. But the Dark Synergy is not applied, like if it was still considered in cooldown.
