Okay so I fixed the weird 60fps cap issue. It was fixed by deleting the Options and Config files in Documents.
But the flashing issue is still present with Vsync on.

Answers HQ is where EA are active and reading threads, where issues are tracked. If you have a video of the issue please can you post it here so others can see it.
Can you post full specs of your Mac from About This Mac with macOS version.
