If you had already owned My First Pet Stuff, you should only have been charged for Cats & Dogs with that bundle. If you were double-charged for your pack, you would want to get in contact with PlayStation support as the purchase goes through the PlayStation store directly on your console- they can review your transaction details with you and look into a refund.
