Gallery Connecting Issues PS4 System

Good afternoon. 

Firstly I would like to say thank you for the gallery update. I have been loving it. 

Unfortunately the last couple of days it will no longer load which is a bit disappointing as I would like to upload some houses I have made. 

When attempting to load the gallery I get a pop up that says connection is required as you can see in the photo I have loaded. 

When pressing connect it just stays in the loading state until I give up waiting after 5 minutes. I have uploaded this photo. 

I have good internet connection as you can see from the last photo I have uploaded and I also have done all relevant troubleshooting I have found from people who have had similar problems on the pc. 

Can you help me further please. Is this a known problem that should be fixed soon? 

I'd also like to add that nothing has changed with my internet from the time I could see the gallery to now where I cannot see the gallery.

    Exact same issue, close the app and open it again and it will connect.

    Platform:Sony Playstation 4
    Which language are you playing the game in? English
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What is your current game version number? 1.21
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, seasons, city living, get to work, jungle adventure, vampires, dine out, vintage glamour stuff, spooky stuff, cool kitchen stuff and the free stuff.
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the Gallery, and try to access to the gallery or profile section. (My library works fine)
    What happens when the bug occurs? A chat box opens saying connection is required, and asks if I should connect or stay offline. I am connected to a wifi network, my internet works fine, and I'm able to play other games like overwatch and grand theft auto online, so the problem is only when I try to access the gallery.
    What do you expect to see? I want to be able to access the gallery and download awesome new content since I'm very bad at building houses.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
    Please describe the patch or change you made. Last patch which includes the library
