Issue: Missing Early Access Macabre Mementos with The Sims 4: Life and Death Expansion Pack

I purchased The Sims 4: Life and Death Expansion Pack on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, via the PlayStation Store. One of the main reasons I chose to buy the pack early was to access the Early Access Macabre Mementos, which included three bonus items advertised as part of the early purchase offer.

Despite purchasing the pack before the stated deadline of December 12, 2024, these bonus items are missing from my game. I play on PlayStation 4 and own several other DLCs, all of which work fine. The PlayStation Store clearly advertised the Early Access Macabre Mementos, but they are not appearing in my game.

These bonus items were a significant factor in my decision to purchase the pack early, and I am disappointed they were not included. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @RayMan2023 , did you check in the PlayStation Store if those items have to be downloaded separately by any chance?

@RayMan2023 this happened to me too, got the game via a code on the EA app on PC, bought before December 12th and i didnt get the macabre mementos
