Hi there, @raidsok 

I'm sorry to say, we can't reset your weekend league games. The best we can do is troubleshoot your connection. If you'd like to do that, please run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

  • Same as me playing champs right now and it disconnects and goes to a black screen. The problems are never ending with this game . Ea customer support offer zero help 

  • Serious question  because I've had nothing but serious issues for months with the game. Is it my end why the game is not working properly ? Lag , glitches disconnects constantly is it my end causing the issue ? Again all other games I play work perfectly just this game has been awful

    There's an excellent chance that's causing the disconnects. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

  • It's too far away to hardwire. literally just disconnected another match at 2 all. That's 3 out 5 games in weekend league disconnected the last hour.  I mean there's times I play its fine but this is just unbearable. It really is unplayable now.  As I said it doesn't seem to affect any other games. I think this year has been a big lesson learned for me in regards to ea. Your the first person to say anything about checking my connection score in months of contacting eas customer service live chat. They don't want to know at all.  

  • @EA_Aljo Is there a way to have my ea account deleted again I contacted live chat and they told me the can't do it until the try and rectify the issues but I never hear anything back in regards to any of the issues I've constantly faced. Thanks
  • I'm having the same issue and it's extremely frustrating, I have tried a wired connection and even then it cuts out mid game and states "you have lost connection to EA's servers". I've never had a consistent run online with this game, it's beyond a joke now.

    Did you power cycle your network equipment and console/PC when switching to a wire?

  • Yes i've power cycled twice already and no change. Really disappointing.

  • You're going to have to be more specific sorry, the left side of what screen?
