Can't login to Sims 4 because I had to upgrade my Origin account

After I'd started playing Sims 4 I had to upgrade my Origin account and choose a new user name. Now I can't access my Sims 4 game because I have already used the product code and it won't let me input it again.

How do I resolve this???

  • You may be logged into the incorrect Origin account. Once a game is registered, the code can't be used again (and Origin shouldn't ask you for the code again, if you're in the correct account).

    Try logging into Origin with any other email addresses you might have. If you're still running into trouble, EA Support should be able to help you figure out where your game went: http://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/
