Neutral/Not Sure When attempting to complete the gig, my sim gets a notification that the photo has been approved. But, it never arrives in the mail, so she cannot post it to her fashion sistagram. She cannot successfully complete a gig.

I just started playing with this pack and career and I'm experiencing the same issue. I repaired the game and so far that hasn't seemed to fix it. I've sent multiple images off for approval and mail does get delivered but when my Sim checks the mailbox I only get the message that she has collected all of the items in the mail... but there are no new items in my inventory (approved photos or otherwise).

@Jentk7 This is an older issue that should be fixed. To be sure it's happening again, could you try if repairing the game helps ?1. Close the game2. Right-Click on the game in Origin3. Hit Repair game.

I repaired the game and the issue was resolved, but then when my sim accepted another job the issue arose again. I did not receive the approved photo in the mail. I tried repairing and re-starting the game, but the issue was not fixed. I did not get the approved photo in time and failed the assignment.

@Jentk7 This is an older issue that should be fixed. To be sure it's happening again, could you try if repairing the game helps ?
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.

No mods or cc, only the Digital Deluxe base game with Snowy Escape, Moschino, and Tiny Living packs installed. I'm playing on a Mac running OS X 10.15.6 if that is helpful. I did read somewhere that people found shooting the photos in landscape mode helped, but I haven't tried that yet (all the images I've submitted for approval have been portrait orientation). My results have been consistent though, submitting images for approval and receiving/retreiving mail in my mailbox daily but the mail doesn't ever show up anywhere, for multiple days and before/after restarting the game, moving the mailbox around, changing it's color, etc. I'm using the Snailmail Box from the Snowy Escape pack.

@Hilwith1L The bug on this was fixed a while ago so might be something new going on for you.

Have you tried multiple Sims/another save (for testing)
