EA App won't install 4/26 update, can't launch game

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Can't recall all of them at the moment. Can't check in game either.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? EA app still says update required. The update downloaded, but EA app still says update required. If I click to update again it will make me agree to terms of play, say finalising, wrapping things up but it never changes status to updated and I can't launch the game.

EA app still says update required. The update downloaded, but EA app still says update required. If I click to update again it will make me agree to terms of play, say finalising, wrapping things up but it never changes status to updated and I can't launch the game when the bottom right of the screen prompt pops up.
This method worked for me: Go up to top left hand corner, click go offline, then click go online and it fixed for me.
